  Abraham Benevides and his group with Loyalty Masonry exceeded my greatest expectations. True professionals, they started when they said they would and stayed with the job 6 days a week until it was completed. Such beautiful work! Their incredible attention to detail and 'going the extra mile' to make sure that everything was done right, impressed me beyond words. He even touched up other things, that I had noticed but had not mentioned. He noticed them also and took care of it without an extra charge. His price was very fair and worth every penney.

  the patch job done on the flashing on the roof only lasted a year but Steve called me and said when he could he would look at it 5-17-17 work was done did last until 10-8-18 I wanted to change my earlier review and I have please trust Steve he does good work

  the repair lasted for about a year or a little more. Today there is more leaking around the chimney which is leaking into the attic. There was a limited repair warranty on the material used which is 7 years. this repair w-as done on -5-10-17. I tried to call this business today with no response10-8-18)-

  I had originally hired Brick Pros to do some tuckpointing on my all brick building. Roman was very punctual and responsive. I got a quote, and then decided to change the scope of work, and they happily came back out to rescope things and give me a new quote. They spent about 3 days doing the work. They cleaned up after themselves, and were punctual and had good communication. I was very pleased with the outcome. Then literally the day after they finished this job and I wrote a check I had a ceiling collapse inside my home due to a completely unrelated leak. As the ceiling was open, I determined where the leak was coming from, and it was some poorly patched bricks on an overhang on my roof. That was not part of my first scope with Brick Pros. I had to remove the old, bad wet patch that was covering some very old brick and mortar that was in desperate need of real repair, not just another patch. I called Brick Pros, explained the situation, and that there were storms coming the following week. They came out the same day to look at things, and gave me a quote within hours. They then moved things around to make sure they could get the work done within a few days before the storm. I was very pleased with the speed and communication, as well as their willingness to help in a bad situation. I will definitely be using them for all future brick and block work.

  When you have a project like this, a dream, you have an image in your head and he has made my dream a reality. My porch is now 2 years old and there isn't a single evening I don't go out there and just think how happy it makes me. His craftsmanship and his attention to detail are incredible. The first time I hired him we were discussing 10ft cedar poles I wanted. He said that he knew a lumber yard getting rid of some for cheaper and at the end of the job he took off about $200 because he was able to get the cheaper posts. Most contractors wouldn't even mention that, but he passed the savings on to me. I know that if I want something done I'm going to get the best price and the best work as well.

  Worst service I have received in my 73 years. Paid $319, and got about 20 emails with 6 different estimates, the first time, and then about 40 pictures they took, some I could make out, and others that made no sense, and no labels. Estimates taken together totaled $20,000. When I went through, I got it they were giving me the kitchen sink. The highest bid was for $8500. I asked for clarification, and was told not to call back unless I was ready to order. I have since called more than 4 times for info, no call backs. when I asked what needed to be done, for them to certify SAFE TO BURN no answer. Apparently, they don't know. I want my money back, and have placed a stop on payment. The picture below shows a brush they said they found in my chimney- he said he would show the pic but then "forgot" but it showed up in the many emails after I searched. These people are only interested in how much they can sell you.

  Steve did a great job on all counts. On the first visit he inspected and cleaned the chimney. He also did an external inspection and repaired a leak in the flashing. On a 2nd visit he patched brick areas where the brick was delaminating as a short term solution and provided a quote for the long term fix. Steve billed me less than the quoted amount on both visits. He was also provided the lowest quote of the 4 service providers I contacted. I would definitely recommend Steve for similar work.
