  • Our family home had not been painted in years and was in very poor shape requiring a lot of prep work. Our neighbor had used Provider name locked. this spring and we were so impressed with their attenton to detail and the final paint work, we knew we would be able to get the job done right if we used them for our house. We are extremely happy with their work!

  • We encountered this contractor when they came to our house to finish the new woodwork around our new Renewal by Provider name locked. windows.  We liked the quality, efficiency and professionalism of the crew and Provider name locked. the owner so we asked him about refinishing our woodwork in the two bathrooms and painting all of the walls on the second floor of our house.  I immediately provided us quote which we agreed to and the crew started right in on the work completing it inside of 3 days.  We highly recommend.

  • Their contractor didn't read the estimates and performed ALL work on a single (personal) property. In order to do that, all my porch furniture got moved to the back yard. It is three weeks later and the furniture is still in the back yard. Additionally, they broke a storm window, removed a gutter and downspout (I have no idea where it went), left a cup of fasteners that go ???, and since they painted my concrete front porch an off-putting color, I have to either strip it or repaint it.
They finally completed the work on the rental house, or so I thought. If I'm paying $225 to have the gutters cleaned on a one story (less than 1000sqft) house, I would like the downspouts to be clear as well. They were still full of  typical gutter sludge.
On top of that, their communication was non-existent - except when it was time to be paid.
I had no idea when they were going to start the work. I paid their required down-payment (at least half the total) and then didn't hear anything for almost 2 weeks. Supposedly it was a glitch in their software that didn't kick out an automated reply. Hi. I'm a human being with a phone number. Maybe call me and tell me when the work will be scheduled?
Often, if something comes up during a job such as damage or identification of a problem beyond the normal work scope, the contractor would contact the client to notify them, suggest a few options, and then ask how they would like to proceed. I only received an e-mailed invoice when they assumed the work was complete. There was never any mid job follow-up or completed job notification. Just an e-mail with the invoice balance attached.
I equate this experience to --> going to a pricy restaurant, ordering, not hearing anything for over an hour, your food gets sent to someone else's table, you say something and finally get what you ordered, you drop your fork and they don't offer or bring you a clean one, then the full bill gets flown across the restaurant to you in a paper airplane.
While the basic work I requested (fixing some wood rot and painting) seems to be okay, the high cost and lack of communication is enough to Provider name locked. me in working with this company further.
