  • Very well. Cody arrived promptly and did a full inspection of the roof and gutter areas. No entry points were found. He provided an estimate for bait control stations for mice, chipmunks, etc. The estimate was very reasonable and we plan to call them back to place the bait control stations.

  • I set up an appointment for Orkin to do a free termite inspection. They said they has an opening the next day between 4 and 6pm. I waited until 6:30 and called them to see if they were still coming. The person I spoke with confirmed that I had a appointment but didn't know anything else. He said he would have a manager call me back right away. It's now 8:00 pm and no one called me back. I called them back again to see what happened and no one no's anything about anything. I was asked I wanted to set up another appointment. I told them not to bother! They had my email, and phone number. They wouldn't even bother to call or leave a message that they weren't coming. My fault, I should have read the reviews before I contacted them.

  • Brandon is excellent! He is kind, professional and very friendly! I always enjoy visiting with him when he comes around. He is super reliable and willing to do what it takes to rid our old home of pests, sometimes coming several times in a row! He is a valuable asset to your company!!

  • They’ve treated three times. Bed bugs are still present in my house since we are getting bit , but they can’t seem to find them. We’ve paid a lot of money for no results. On top of that I got a voicemail from Edge calling me David. My name is not David. When I called to speak with a manager they told me a manager would come out to my house. When they got here I asked are you a manager and the lady said no! They don’t know who there customer is and they are not guaranteed.

  • This company was willing to come out and treat the problem by spraying around my whole house inside and out for $119, but they required me to have a contract for 5 treatments over the course of a year. The total would have been nearly 600 for services I don’t need. I haven’t had a bug problem for the 19 years I’ve lived here and I don’t want 5 treatments over a year for a single problem. This was their only option, 5 treatments or no deal.

  • Super professional staff. We continue to have lots of spiders and webs in our basement. For the price and scheduled treatments, I feel it should be rare that we find spider webs. They are always great to respond to come and spray again. It’s just a hassle to make the call, find time in our schedule and ensure someone is here when they can come (again). I was also surprised when we were turned into a collection agency and it was reported on our credit. I provided copies of our checks that had cleared to the credit agency and it was taken care of. I received a hand written card apologizing from the company, which was nice. It would have been nice to receive a free treatment or two for the added burden and incorrect credit reporting. When our contract is up, we are going to try bug bombs like my parents do at their home. They have no issues with spiders or webs and pay way less overall for the treatment. Again, great people and wonderful customer service but too much money!

  • Jerrod is a top notch very professional inspector and we learned so many valuable items about the home we were looking to purchase. Through his detailed inspection it gave us the knowledge the property needed a lot more TLC and long term items than we originally anticipated. Also he provided us with a homeownership how to book that will be really beneficial when we do find our next home. I would definitely would recommend him for property inspections and for our next potential home purchase.

  • Had a couple of raccoons who thought they would set up a nice home in my attic. I'm sure they were comfy up there, but I wasn't. Mike was great. He actually answered the phone, which was his first mark in his favor, since four other places I called did not (and never even returned the call). He was out the next day to screen off the opening in the attic and install a one way door out for them. They haven't been back and have hopefully moved on to greener pastures. Mike was prompt, courteous, professional, and got the job done for a good price. I would use him again in a second.

  • I called this company,they constantly called me on my cell phone, used high pressured sales tactics and wanted me to pay in advance over the telephone. They also wanted to charge me $100. every 5 weeks for a year's worth of service treatment I do not recommend using this company unless they change their ways.

  • Culprit found: raccoon had dug through shingles and sheathing creating access to attic. Trap set, caught single raccoon within 12 hours. After removal, trap set for 3 more days and checked a couple of times. Trap removed, area patched for temporary repair until we could roofing company assessments/bids done. Only issue was that we didn't always know when he was coming for checks; he did call on final day with approx time.
