  • They responded quickly and fixed the problem with the door. I was very happy that they were able to determine what was wrong and worked on it a long time to make sure it was fixed correctly. I would definitely use this company again for just about anything dealing with doors. I have worked with a lot of contractors for a lot of problems over the years and these guys were the best. Thank you.

  • We had new garage doors and openers installed by Sharp approximately six weeks ago. The guys from Sharp were always on time and very friendly. We found the quality and price of both doors and openers to be excellent. The openers are whisper quiet. The doors are, as the Company’s name suggests, Sharp! We’ve had many neighbors comment about how great the new doors look. As an added benefit, the Sharp team did such a great job sealing the doors that we can tell a marked difference in the garage temp compared to our old doors. Would definitely recommend Sharp…and in fact, I have already to several neighbors!

  • It started up really good but there was a problem when getting the door from the supplier so it took longer than expected. When they got the door, the installation went really good and I was very pleased. It was the delay that's why I gave the company an overall rating of B.

  • Initially owner Matt Price had very good communication with us and showed up on time to begin the work. Matt estimated the work would take approximately three days. He had 2-4 workers hand digging the holes for the pier installation each day. Due to the consistency of the soil around our house (black clay) this process took more like a week and a half just to dig the holes and install the piers. However, given the conditions of the soil this was understandable. The crew then started removing the concrete to install new concrete. This also took longer than we expected. When the concrete was finally poured on a Monday, they were not able to get it finished to a smooth and professional surface. I’m not sure why they couldn’t get it smoothed out (concrete too dry, very hot day, not enough workers, other). Regardless, Matt came to us and stated that he was not satisfied with the product and would make it right. At that point they basically quit working to finish it and left it as poured (very rough and looking like it has been driven on repeatedly). Matt stated they needed to let it dry a few days and he would be back on Friday to present some options to us to correct the situation. He was going to look into putting a pea gravel/epoxy surface over our entire driveway and new concrete to prevent having to tear it out and redo. Or if we did decide we wanted to tear it out, he would hire a concrete company to do it all. Unfortunately, that is the last we ever saw or heard from him. The crew never returned to haul off the landscaping they removed when they dug for the piers. They left all of this shrubbery AND their lunch trash laying all over our yard. They cleaned out the concrete truck after they quit pouring and left it in a huge pile in our yard. They had a dumpster in our driveway with the old concrete (which he told us he sold to a friend for fill). That disappeared on the Wednesday after they poured the concrete, but we had no contact when they came to get it. We sent the owner, Matt, pictures of all the trash and concrete and asked him to please come clean it up as his contract had stated he would, but received no response. We sent him several text messages and voice mails asking to meet to resolve the situation, but have never heard from him again. Fortunately, we only paid him half of the contract price when he started the job and I have no intention of paying him the rest. We have had to contract with another company to tear out and redo the concrete, so I will be spending the money for that. We also had to haul off all of the old shrubbery and worker’s trash. The external piers appear to be installed well and the settling issues we were experiencing seem to have been resolved when he jacked up the house using the piers. Our contract states that we have a life-time warranty on the pier installation. However, given the lack of response we have received from Mr. Price, I don’t think this warranty is worth the paper on which it is written.

  • I was disappointed! My garage door was not working. I suspect that the sensors were offline (the left one was yellow and the right one was green). I explained the issue to the operator on a Sunday to schedule a Monday visit. She indicated that it would cost $89.50 to show up and diagnose and $103 per hour for the work excluding parts ($192.50 total for a visit). I asked the operator how much the charge would be if correcting the issue would take less than 15 minutes. She indicated that I would be charged for the full hour ($103/hr). I later called and canceled the appointment because I could not reconcile pay nearly $200 dollars to fix a problem that potentially could have taken less than 15 minutes to diagnose and fix for a garage door opener that was less than a year old and cost $300. To be fair, the professionalism over the phone and the short turn-around to visit was excellent; however, the charges were cost prohibitive. To me, the cost seemed exorbitant!

  • Once again, great service by Bousman Garage Doors! Called and scheduled service the next day. Tech arrived early, replace the seal in record time and did great work! They did such great work last year, I called them again this year for a different issue. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

  • This is the worst experience I have ever encountered in 30 years of dealing with contractors. Jimmy, the owner, is a smooth talker and a pathological liar. He will say anything to get your money. I have had over 68 communications with him since last November of 2017 and still do not have my garage windows THAT I PAID FOR. On four different occasions he told me an installer would be out and I arranged for someone to be there, only to have them not show up, nor call. Always a text excuse about lack of quality installers, sickness in family, out of town, will call back when he gets out of meeting, etc. etc. The list of excuses is endless and ridiculous. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HIS ROCK BOTTOM PRICES, BECAUSE HIS SERVICE FALLS INTO THE SAME CATEGORY. The latest is, he is going to give me a refund, but checks are only cut on the first and the fifteenth of the month. I sent him text reminders both days to issue my check but my mailbox is still empty. Good thing I have lawyers in my family. Time for legal action.

  • Quick, reasonable, professional, efficient. Great job, no drama. Demolished and repaved 2/3 of driveway (City had re-paved easement) and injected flowable-fill concrete in void beneath concrete porch.

  • I paid them 25% down or 540.00 of the 1800 total cost. When they came over to sand the porch they handed me an Ameripolish brochure with the stain selections. After the paint was removed that day, I showed them 4 colors that I was interested in looking at, when Andrew showed up two days later with the buckets of stain, he came with three colors, but none of the stains that he brought were from my selection. Andrew stated that he was out of the stains that I requested to see. He brought walnut and another really dark shade. Why would the company take the money and hand me a brochure with 14 color choices and then tell me that they did not offer them? I was between a rock and a hard place because Andrew stated that the condition on my porch was like a sponge, susceptible to damage because it didn't have a protective coating. I told him that I did not want to put a dark walnut stain just because he was out of the ones that I wanted. Andrew then stated that I could pay him an additional 200.00 and that would cover the cost of removing the old paint. I paid 540.00 then 200.00 would be a total of 740.00. The next day his dad and co-owner, Narin, stated that I owed another 860.00 which would be a total of : 1,200.00 for just removing chipping paint from a porch 227 square ft. I told him what Andrew and I discussed. Then he threatened to put a mechanic's lien on my house. This is extortion and unethical business practise

  • I called Overhead Door around lunchtime, and by 2:30 my garage door was up and running again! The technician was awesome, and even took the time to rewire a switch I had installed wrong! Excellent service! We will definitely call them if we ever need garage door help in the future!
