Bill was able to install power line adapters and hardwired internet in our basement for the boy's Xbox and PlayStation gaming consoles. Now the boys can play their games without any issues slowing them down.

    Bob exceeded our expectations when installing an outlet above our fireplace and installing our TV mount/TV. From our first communications to completing the install, his professionalism and quality of work was well worth it.     If I could give them something worse than an F- I would. These people have lost the phone number that I have had for over 25 years and are no help in getting it back to me. I have called, e-mailed, and gone in on several occasions. I have even written the BBB and FCC. Hopefully, one of them will force them to get of their butts. After that, I guess I will have to go to the media. I will NEVER use this company again. Also, the internet speed is not be any better than the last company I had.

    They added us to their database using wrong information about our address and phone number. They they lowered our review when they were not able to get a hold of us at those contacts. Further, we have told them many times to correct the wrong info and they refuse. They allow libel to be posted about companies they know nothing about and refuse to remove even when proven to be incorrect. BBB is nothing but a message board that takes no involvement in the issues. As a business owner they will let your competition post against you and do nothing about it if you prove it to be a false review. As a consumer they hardly make any attempt to even contact the company. Complete waste of everyone's time. They are nothing but a organization companies can pay to buy an A+ rating for advertising. Don't waste your time as they won't waste theirs unless your cutting a check to them. We had them publish libel about us and claim they can't remove it. We are in the process of fighting this so at least maybe a consumer or a business may get some fair treatment from this company that makes money off extortion of business that don't pay their ransom or consumers that actually have a legitimate complaint.

    Frankie was supposed to repair a battery issue. Also talked me in to several updates/clean ups so that once fixed my laptop would be running faster than ever. Turns out it was more than a battery issue and laptop cannot be fixed at all. It is actually in worse shape than before. Frankie gave me back the broken laptop and verbally stated he would either give me some of my money back or he would send me information on another laptop he could give me that was not nearly as good as mine. He was supposed to send me an email. No response (which I was getting accustom to as he never responded in the time frame he stated). Finally he sent me an email which basically stated he wasn't going to do anything and although he took my money and couldn't fix my laptop, I was basically out of luck but thanks for the business. Needless to say I gave him a negative review on google, after which he said he could get me a refurbished laptop in a few days (he had been working on "fixing" my laptop for almost a month...) in exchange for taking off the negative review. After dealing with him over this month, I decided to just cut my losses so I no longer had to do any business with him. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

    I called Jim about my CPU processor running constantly for several days. After running some cleanup programs and checking other items, he found that a large number of Windows 10 updates had been installed. He recommended that I install the Fall Creators Windows Update that replaces previous versions of Windows 10. After completing this full update, my CPU processor is running far less and is essentially back to normal.

    I will not use them again. I feel they charged $99.99 to my 80 year old brother-in-law and provided no service. He got a new internet/cable service and then could not get the internet to work on his computer. I called Geek Squad and explained the issue and set the appointment for him. They asked what kind of computer it was. The day before the appointment, I spoke to the main office at 800-433-5778 and asked if the technician would have everything on his truck so no return trip would be needed. They assured me they would. However, they did not. The tech hooked up his own keyboard and everything worked fine. The tech said the keyboard was non functional and he recommended one with a cord as opposed to a wireless. He said he did not have any available to sell nor did he offer any assistance in placing an order for the appropriate keyboard. He did not offer any specifications on the kind of keyboard to purchase nor any instructions as to how to hook it up when he gets one. The tech then charged $99.99 and said that as soon as my bother-in-law gets an appropriate keyboard, he will be on the internet. I called back to the main office and they said they did get the internet hooked up and that for $99.99, they would come back and hook up a keyboard. This used to be called "bait and switch" and it amounts to theft of money from a trusting senior citizen.
