DLed by a Fast talking BS artist. Keep your eyes open if you choose to deal with them. I was quoted just under 250 for a carpet cleaning in my small home. A hair above market rate, but they seemed reputable and so I agreed. But when the day came, the boss came with the worker. In classic fast talking BS artist fashion, the boss started talking about how we clearly needed to use more powerful chemicals. How for us, he will charge us cheaper. He refused to quote the upcharge until he asked for payment. And the final charge was just under 400$, WELL over market value for a home of my size even with the ad-ons that were pushed into the deal. To be clear, the worker did a great and thorough job. If his boss hadn’t decided to mess with me, I would have given them a fantastic review for the quality of their work and their customer service. I hope the extra hundred bucks was worth it to their company.

AExcellent in every way. Cleaning an elderly hoarders house was overwhelming in many ways. After finally finding the floor through junk, trash, pet stains, mice, spiders and even a snake, the carpet was filthy and had never been professionally cleaned. The service person was compassionate, kind, and professional and went beyond the call of duty for which I am forever grateful. I’m still surprised at how well the carpet cleaned up against the odds!

ADue to the amount of rain we've had recently, our basement flooded and the carpets needed help asap! Brian was fast to come and assess the situation for us and give us his knowledgeable advice and tips in order to save our carpet rather than having to replace it. He used his machines to suck out any excess water that he could and then after fan drying the floor for a couple of days, he returned to clean and deodorize them. He worked with us with our schedules and was very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair prices for quality work! Our carpets look newer now than they did before the basement flood!
