  • When I made the appointment the office sent me a bundle of paperwork to fill out, which I did. When I arrived for my appointment I attempted to confirm that they would file with both my primary and secondary insurance for me to be reimbursed (I was paying upfront for the cardioscan). The woman at the front desk said they would not file my insurance. I asked "What do you mean? There is a paper in all this paperwork you sent that says you will and you asked for all my insurance info." She said that they used to when the test was $199 but they don't anymore. "Where does it say we will?" I dug through the paperwork and found the sheet that said they would file my insurance and she said: "That says your insurance won't pay for the test." I read the sheet to her. "My insurance carrier is likely to deny payment" and "Cardioscan is a screening test". It also says "Provider name locked. will file my insurance upon request and will refund me if insurance pays for the service." She said they used to file insurance but don't do it anymore. I said "This piece of paper you sent me is like a contract. You agreed to file my insurance. Now you are not." She asked me if I'd like to speak to the billing person. I said I would. She spoke with another desk person and they decided that billing person was not in. She said there was another person that I could speak to -- then she decided that person had gone home for the day. Then she asked me if I still wanted the test. I told her if I could not trust Provider name locked. to keep their word I could not trust them with my health care. I did not want the test and I would not be back.

  • He is very efficient and business like. He stays up to date on the latest issues regarding his practice. I feel that we can communicate well. He is able to answer my questions by going in depth to explain things. I really like him. I have had a little trouble in the past getting through to him however, it has been getting better.

  • Dr. Provider name locked. is a very patient and considerate doctor. He is genuinely concerned about the well-being of his patients and will give them as much time as needed to make sure they are okay. I have seen him for about 4 years and he solved a problem that I have suffered from for about 25 years. He's a good man.
