it was great to deal with Provider name locked. he was great to work with and the sales rep Provider name locked. I had that day when my wife and I went in to buy or car he was very nice would go back there again way to go Provider name locked. Company you get an A+++ from me and my wife if you are looking for a good used car and are looking to deal with a great place go here you will not be sorry

Untrustworthy swindlers! State Farm referred me to Provider name locked. while my car was in the shop for a week. The manager did my paperwork and assured me that everything was covered under my insurance, including the gas if I used their full tank service, he even made a joke of it. Well, it was not covered by my insurance and I got a charge of almost $47 for gas - I didn't even use a half of the tank and there is a gas station across the street! SWINDLERS! When I called, I got the run around. No one was calling me back and when I finally spoke to the manager he LIED saying that he never told me that it was covered under insurance and gave me
more of the run around.
NEVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE! They are LAIRS! SWINDLERS! CROOKS!

I asked to be picked up at my hotel at 8:30 a.m.. Enterprise was late so I called to find out where they were. When I contacted them, they said that there was a lot of construction in the area and that they should be there shortly. They arrived at 8:40 a.m. When driving back to the office, I saw no construction that would have delayed them picking me up. Once I arrived at their office, the paperwork took a long time too. I explained that I had an appointment that I could not be late to. I had also told them that I needed a car seat with a 5-point harness. They came back with a booster seat. They said that they did not have that type of car seat so they had to contact another one of their offices to get it. By this time it was 9:00 a.m. When we went out to the car, they said that they had upgraded me to a larger car despite the fact that I had specifically asked for a mini van. Then I had to drive to the other rental site to pick up the car seat. They then advised me that they could not install the car seat, that I would have to. By the time I got that installed, it was 9:40 a.m. We had a whale watching trip scheduled and by the time this all happened, it was impossible to get there in time. I contacted the company again to file a complaint. I was told that someone would get back to me. I asked if I would be reimbursed for the whale watching trip I missed. She wasn't sure but gave me an idea of what they might do. I did not hear from anyone that day. Ultimately, we were able to get on the whale watching trip later in the day but we had lost all of this time. I was then told that it could take three days before someone contacted me. I was never charged for the rental car. It showed up on my credit card two weeks later. I called the provider again. I was then told that the person I had spoken to gave me incorrect information. The person told me that it was my responsibility to contact the regional manager. I called and left a message and once again, got no response.- Matt H.
