I called Provider name locked. for a quote on cleaning my gutters and roof of some minor debris. The receptionist wanted to issue an estimate, over the phone, based on the last time I used them, but I insisted on having someone come look since we had added onto the house. Provider name locked. , an owner of Provider name locked. came for the quote. I told him I wanted all the gutters cleaned and the roof cleared of some minor debris. He gave me a written quote with the price of $150 at the line item of "Gutters cleaned Out & Roof Debris Removal". After getting another quote I decided to go with Provider name locked. and made an appointment with a time slot of 2-4, I arrived home on the appointed day at 1:30 in time to see the crew leaving. My husband was home and had written the check. I questioned him about the debris still on one roof and Provider name locked. said they needed a rope and harness because the roof had a high pitch and it would be at an additional cost. I told him I had insisted on having someone come to look at the job, and give me a quote, rather than receive an estimate over the phone, so all should be included. He called the office and talked to Provider name locked. , one of the owners, who said she would send out one of the owners to check out the problem. Provider name locked. came again and tried to tell me I had just been given an estimate. I told him he gave me the quote based on what he saw and the steepness of the roof was not an unforeseen issue, so therefore should have been included. He said he would finish the job for an additional $100! So, my recourse is to never use this company again, and to warn others of their practice to do less than hired for without additional payment. A quote, as opposed to an estimate, is for the work contracted for. An estimate allows for unforeseen problems and adjustment. I insisted the house be seen in person in order to avoid any misunderstandings about the proposed work and to get a final price.

Provider name locked. & Provider name locked. called approximately 30 minutes prior to their arrival and were on time to start the job. I must say my house has a lot of windows and a large glass enclosed lanai. Provider name locked. & Provider name locked. both worked tirelessly from around 9 am until 4:30 pm to clean outside and inside in a very professional manner. Their attention to detail was really appreciated and reflects great credit on their professionalism and their attitude to their customers.

I really wanted to give this vendor high ratings, because I was very impressed by the technician's conversation about how particular he was about completing each job to perfection. Unfortunately, the job did not proceed as expected...
Because I also wanted lanai/outdoor furniture to be done under separate contract for $105, technician promised to come back the next day, bringing another helper with him to complete the job.
Well, he appeared an hour late for appt. the next day WITHOUT a "helper." I will say that he worked very diligently for about 4 hrs. on the job. Because I am disabled and still recovering from surgery, I have to take a nap every afternoon. At that time, it looked like he could probably complete the job before I finished my 2-hr. nap, so I gave him the coupon to show that I had purchased the Angie's Big Deal for gutter/window cleaning for $189 and a check for $105 for the additional contract.
I was VERY surprised when I awoke and discovered that he was gone, but the job had NOT BEEN COMPLETED! He obviously had not finished the gutters AND had not cleaned the large lanai table. When he did not appear the next day to complete the job, I called Provider name locked. left a voice mail about the fact that he had not completed the job.
I finally received a callback from Provider name locked. two days later from the manager. He told me that technician had said that he couldn't reach the gutter in the back because of the pool screen. I told him that others whom I had hired had been able to complete that job, PLUS he still needed to clean the table under the separate contract. He said he would talk with the technician.
When I STILL had not received a phone call about completing the job, I called Angie's List to inquire about my remedy. She said that she would send an email to the provider about this.
Provider name locked. STILL did not respond, even though I left 2 more voice mails. Also, when I checked to see if I could put a hold on my check for the separate contract, it had already been cashed.
Bottom line for me is that I am an EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. I paid almost $400 for about 4-5 hours work, and neither contract was fulfilled. I finally ended up hiring someone else to finish the gutters, and am working on doing the table myself. I am considering filing a claim in Small Claims Court.he Provider name locked.
