  • When I made the appointment with Provider name locked. she did not tell me that the driver would call me prior to coming out. She told me that a technician would be at my house between 12-4pm the next day. I approved of that. When he left me a phone message I was helping Fed Ex unload a dresser I had purchased, my door was open, my daughter was in front talking on the phone and I had 2 cars in my driveway. He did NOT drive down my street or by my house or knock on my door. He called me and left a message to call him back within 15 minutes or he would leave the area. I didn't check my messages for around 35 minutes due to my not being next to my phone. When I did get message and call him, he was short and irritated with me, I was nice to him and explained why I had not called him and told him that I was not told I had to stay by my phone, and I even said thank you, have a nice day after being told he was not in my area anymore. I don't believe he ever was near my house or he would have saw that I was clearly home. I was NOT told that I had to stay by my phone during the 12-4pm timeframe to wait for a call and if I didn't respond to the call within 15 minutes, they would cancel it. The dispatcher said, "I will have a technician at your house between 12-4pm on April 2nd." I was here the whole time. He did not show. That's highly unprofessional. Not to mention that if you need your customers to do something specific to preform your task, ask them to when making the appointment. I am now trying to find someone to fix my fridge in late afternoon on a thanks to Mr Aplliance Provider name locked. .

  • Our ice maker was having problems dispensing through the door. We are currently renting the home we live in, so our management company sent out Provider name locked. , Owner/Technician of Provider name locked. . We were told late Thursday evening that Provider name locked. would contact us, and he did first thing the next morning & came out within a few hours, on time. Once he saw the gears were not lined up in the ice container, he showed me how to always ensure they were correct so we wouldn't have any future problems. While Provider name locked. was here Friday afternoon, I explained to him that my dryer was not heating anymore. He took one look at my Maytag that is about 9 years old and knew right away it was either the thermostat or the heating element. We haven't lived in this home for very long, and when I noticed the dryer wasn't heating, I removed the vent hose and saw a large gathering of lint and moisture. Provider name locked. said the vent going to the outside was probably obstructed. The management company was also going to send another vendor out to clean the dryer vent, but I still had not heard from that company. Provider name locked. called me first thing Monday morning and said he needed to come out to diagnose which of the 4 thermostats needed to be replaced. When we decided on a time for that afternoon, he showed up right on time again. I saw Provider name locked. test all 4 thermostats and the heating element, but only 1 thermostat needed to be replaced. He then went to his truck to get his vacuum and proceded to clean out 9 years worth of lint from inside the dryer, behind the drum. Provider name locked. even took before and after pictures on his smart phone & showed them to me when he was looked like a brand new dryer. He said he would order the part & be back tomorrow around noon to replace it. He gave me a quote of $125.00 for parts & labor. He asked if I had heard from the other vendor yet about cleaning the dryer vent, and I told him no. Provider name locked. said he would take care of that too, because he didn't want anything to happen to my dryer after he fixed it because of the clogged vent. On a side note, we were discussing the weather & landscaping...I mentioned that our irrigation settings were not working properly & the management company was going to send out another vendor to repair it. It was running everyday and the time of day was not correct. Provider name locked. advised me (off the top of his head) what the water restrictions are in our area. He went over to the system and corrected the time and the settings in under 2 minutes...and did not charge us for it. Provider name locked. saved all of us time & money by being both kind & knowledgeable. Provider name locked. arrived right on time on Tuesday. He replaced the thermostat and said it was only $110. He also cleaned the dryer vent & said he would be sending the invoice over to our property manager. (They said that was perfectly fine.) Our dryer is now working better than it has in years and we couldn't be happier! Bottom line...Provider name locked. is an AMAZING, SMART, KIND, COMPASSIONATE & SUPER FRIENDLY person and we will call him for any and all of our future appliance needs!!!

  • My washer was leaking and I found them online. I called monday morning to a few companies that didnt have any openings for a week. This guy answered all my questions and set an appointment the same day! 
    Very professional and knowledgeable.
    I originally noticed the washer leaking and when he looked at it he found the pump was leaking. He gave me the estimate and while talking about doing the repair, I told him about the dryer not always drying on time, He looked it over and checked the temp, found some lint build up on the exhaust vent. I ended up asking him to do the repair for the washer and he ran a brush thru the duct for me. We have done quite a few loads now and it doing great!!
    I also asked him to check out our fridge, since he was here, he he. Said temps looked good, nothing to worry about, teenagers just in and out too much.
    It was nice to find someone who wasnt out to charge me for everything and would tell me what things did and didnt need attention. The service cost was not the lowest, but I definitely got what I paid for and then some!
