The guy who came out to do the estimate was on time and friendly. He provided a written estimate and information about how to contact him. We played phone tag for a few days after we made our decision. But, within a few days we had a preliminary date for the work. About a week prior to the date, the company called and finalized the date for the work. The workers arrived at the specified time on day one of a projected two days for the project. They finished the work at the end of that day and did not need to come back a second day. The finished patio looks great and the workmen left the yard in good condition.

Scheduling was easy by phone. The arrival window was reasonably tight and they kept to it. The technician was very careful of floors, cabinets etc, and was very courteous and informative. He reduced the charge because it took less time to replace the gasket than they normally estimate.

The designer was friendly, but the initial work took 2-3 weeks instead of the 1 week estimated. Also, he did not do a design with us, so the walkway wasn't quite what we expected (this was our first project of this size, so we should have known to ask). There were also many issues that needed to be fixed with the retaining wall and walkway once complete (although some issues are to be expected).
The initial designer (who is no longer with the company) was often unresponsive to emails or phone messages, so scheduling repairs took a long time. The work was handed off to a project manager who was also unresponsive and not punctual. After many scheduling attempts to get the work done, we contacted company management directly, and the repair work was handed off to another project manager who was more punctual and responsive. Due to his workload, it still took a while to complete the repairs, but he ultimately fixed all of our issues.
I know landscaping was a new venture for them, so I think they were having challenges getting that part of their business going. Once contacted, management was responsive and sympathetic to our issues, and made sure things moved forward. They ultimately did fix the issues, and we are satisfied with the finished work, but due to the communication and scheduling challenges, the repairs were not fully complete until about 15 months after the initial work was completed.
