This was the first time we left our puppy, Daisy. She had never been away from us so we were a little apprehensive. However, when we picked her up we could tell that she was happy and had been well take care of. They gave us a very detailed report about her weekend. We will definitely use them again!

I was babysitting my niece's dogs. I had 2 dogs. I don't like to drive and she came to my house. She charges less than what my niece lives in San Francisco and they charge very much more. She thought the price was pretty good. I am not very familiar with the little critters, and I just had them for a little while. They are a good company, but they could be a nuisance because you have to walk them twice a day. They really thought they were the boss around here. She was always on time for appointments. I usually called and made an appointment before hand, and she was always there. She answered all my questions. I was wondering about fleas, and she told me about how to get rid of those. What I had to do, is sprinkle borax around on the carpet. I wouldn't let the dogs in there, and I would keep them in the bathroom or something over night. Vacuum up the next morning and it sort of help get rid of them. She told me to do that. She did what I asked her to do.

I have 2 small dogs, each dog was out of the house approximately 45-60 minutes. This fast grooming time is so much better than dropping my little boys off for 4-6 hours. I have already scheduled their next appointments.

Let me first start by saying I have been taking my dogs to this vet and groomer for well over 10 years. About 2 months ago I took my Australian Shepherd in to be bathed and trimmed. My normal groomer, Harumi was not available and the groomer that he saw SHAVED him! Never once did I receive a call prior to doing this and when I picked him up they said they had to cut him shorter than normal because he had mats...which I know he did not and even Harumi said she did not believe that since I brush him out myself! I commented on Facebook and Harumi was kind enough to respond, she said she called Jason to let him know how upset I was and I never heard one thing from him. I was due to take my other Aussie in the next day and called to let them know how upset I was and Harumi told me which groomer to take my dog too while she was out. I have 3 dogs, my shih poo goes every 4 weeks for his grooming and only sees Harumi and if she is not available we will wait. Kramer was due for his shots today when I dropped him off for grooming. The girl at the desk rattled off that he was due for his shots and if I agree for him to have the dog flu shots that they waive the appt fee. I agreed to the shots after she said dogs are dying from this flu and I should be afraid. I called my husband and he said we should do more research on the shots first so I asked him to call them back and cancel the flu shots and only give him his normal yearly vaccines. When he called he was told basically "no". The flu shot was mandatory for their clinic as of 7/1. I called them and told them we just had this conversation 10 minutes ago and I was never told it was mandatory! I was only told that if I got the shot the fee for the visit would be waived to which she responded we only waive the fee for the visit if the only shot they were getting is for the Flu vaccine. So, not only was I told they were not waiving the visit fee and that it was now mandatory as of July 1 I was also told that we could no longer bring the dogs in without the shot so he HAD to have it. Between this and them shaving my Aussie 2 months ago I am horrified! I like that my dogs can see the vet during their grooming and we LOVE Harumi but it is now time for me to find a new groomer and vet after more than 10 years due to the lack of information, service and compassion at the time of drop off. Including a pic of my dog when I dropped him for grooming and one of him after I picked him up and he was shaved! I know my rating are across the board but the A for Quality is for Harumi.

I have two dogs so I go there pretty frequently, every month it seems, whether it's grooming, or it's shots, or a pet issue. They did a bath for my 100 pound dog. I'm a police detective by nature, that's what I do for a living, so when it comes down to researching, I utilize your list, I utilize everything before I pick a place I'm not familiar with, but once I go to a place I can't put it on Facebook enough, when I get good service I try to make their business prosper because it's just going to make it easier for me the next time I go in. Like in this case I tell people, hey I've done that, and I've been utilizing them, it's the second generation of the family of vets that are actually working there. I've been utilizing them since I was 15 years old.

I've been using them for 26 years. They're always available to us. Let's face it, if you just walk in, it takes a while, but if you make an appointment, they're pretty prompt. It's pretty quick to get in, it's not a problem. The vet interacts with our pet very well. Some of our pets like to go. I don't know why, but they do. They are really good at what they do and they really care about your pet. They absolutely take care of any problem that arises and all is professional.

I have an insurance plan with them so I am entitled to certain things for free. Getting the appointment at first was kind of hard to do because they are real busy. I'm usually there with my dogs so it's in and out.  I can drop them off in the morning and pick them up later on, you know, like it the afternoon. That's for grooming. For veterinary service, usually when you get there, you have to wait 10 or 15 minutes because you know, everybody else is there too. Once she comes in, you are out in 30 - 45 minutes. Very good interaction with the dogs. I wouldn't leave them if she didn't.

Jill has been coming to my home to groom 2 dogs for over six years. We are now down to one dog and it is great to have Jill come to us. The cost is higher than if I were to take our dog to a groomer's shop. But it is well worth it to know that my dog won't be handled by several different people (intake, shampoo person, groomer), my dog won't be caged and my dog will be back inside her own home in about an hour. Jill always does a great job and is a welcome sight each month.

Jill arrived on time and was so warm with my dogs.  Both of my dogs have had their one hip joint removed and one of them is missing a front leg.  They look spectacular.  Even more telling is that neither of them were limping when returned to me.  She took her time and they are gorgeous and running around the house already.  I've already booked their next appointment with her.  You really can't go wrong with this groomer.

We love to take our Bulldog to the Bath House.  I usually to call the morning I need to take him in and they always make room for him.  He gets brushed, washed, nail trim, facial, teeth brushing, the works!  He looks and smells great every time.  We have used the Bath House since we moved to Jacksonville a couple of years ago and will continue!
