AWESOME! I've used Provider name locked. before and their is a reason I used them again. Initially called the office to get quote from Provider name locked. . He told me options over the phone, requested pics of space and quickly got quote to me by email. Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. showed up on time, confirmed work to be done, started job and informed me of two minor issues so adjustments could be made. I'm so pleased with new Provider name locked. lights over 80's boxed fluorescent lights. Plus they use less energy!- Deirdre C.
We were doing a kitchen remodel with family helping and ran into some problems with the electric work. We also needed some other electric work done, so bought a certificate for a fan replacement to try out Provider name locked. services. We had a good experience and were able to get several other projects done during the same trip. We bought the Angies list Fan replacement certificate and were contacted within 48 hours. We described the jobs and Ed Provider name locked. scheduled us for a day. He ended up being on our job for two days since there were a number of projects. He is knowledgeable and provided good advice for our project and situation.
We have had our current house in Jacksonville for a year - it was built in the 1980's - and have tried two other electrical contractors previously in Jacksonville. We will end our Provider name locked. now. Ed Provider name locked. is exactly the type of electrician we were hoping for....experienced and thoughtful. He does what he says he will do and shows up on time. We are very happy to have found him and would recommend his electrical services to others.

The contract that we signed had milestone payments laid out in the language. What was evident from the
beginning was that this contractor completed the “milestones” in order to obtain payment. There was no percentage
of completion connected to the payment. The only work that was completed was the work tied to a payment. When we complained, the contractor immediately became defensive and uncooperative. The work then slowed considerably until another “milestone” was completed for payment. After 60% of the payments were made, the work all but stopped. The contractor became surly, unresponsive and nonexistent. Telephone calls, text messages, nor email messages were answered. When we did get the Provider name locked. to speak to him, Provider name locked. Sheets was condescending. I guess he forgot who his customer was. We would go for weeks at a time until another worker came out for a day or two to work on the project.
One of the last “milestones” that was to be completed was the installation of pavers for our driveway and floor of the outdoor kitchen. This occurred the week we were out of town, purposedly to not interfere with our living space. While we were gone, the contractor demolished our current driveway. During that demolishment, the cords for our outdoor uplighting were cut. Our entire yard, front and back was totally destroyed. When we asked for Provider name locked. Sheets to repair the lighting and/or re-sod the yard, we were told that was not his responsibility nor would he replace any of the damage done. (I have photographs). It ended up costing us $1500 to resod our yard. Provider name locked. Sheets agreed to pay for one Provider name locked. of sod over and above what we had to pay. We have yet to have our uplighting replaced.
Additionally, while the pavers were being installed, Provider name locked. Sheets’ bobcat broke down, spewing oil and hydrolic fluid all over the ground and street. Neither the oil nor fluid were cleaned up in a timely fashion. We have tried to scrub the street but the damage has been done (I have photographs).
The summer kitchen was the last item Provider name locked. completed for us. Provider name locked. used the cheapest metal you can purchase to frame out the kitchen. In Florida salt air, the kitchen built under the contract has a very limited life span.
It is now November 2014 and we are going into the eighth month of a three month project. As of now, we have released this contractor from our agreement and will complete the project on our own, including “punch list” items that need to be corrected. We just want this contractor gone and the project completed. We have been very unhappy with this company’s management of the project and quality of materials used. We have been very surprised at the lack of professionalism and customer service.
It seems as if work was completed only to receive the “milestone” payments in the contract. I would not recommend this contractor nor his company to anyone else.
