I had arranged to meet with Champion at a home I had recently purchased. I wanted to make sure all major systems were in order so I could prioritize the work needed on the property.
I was called by Provider name locked. approximately 20 minutes before our per-arranged meeting. He indicated that my well lid was cracked an it looked like the sidewall had caved in. This was devastating but since I was in a meeting I was unable to address the issue with him at that time. He indicated since they couldn't pump (for fear of the lid breaking) he would only charge me $125. I gave him my credit card information over the phone.
I had 5 other providers for different services scheduled for approximately the same time. Once I had worked with them I gave Provider name locked. a call back. He was professional and sympathetic. He had grave concerns about my ability to get a septic system installed with the size of my property and the location of my well.
After Provider name locked. ' visit I spent some time running water and look at what he had indicated was my semi collapsed septic system... It just didn't make sense. If it was an open septic system it would seem like I should hear the water entering. I got down in the hole and looked into the open side - there was no moisture.
Based on that and the fact that Provider name locked. had painted such a dire picture I decided I needed a second opinion. I contacted a company that was referred by a friend. They came out and initially came to the same conclusion as Provider name locked. . They explained that since the existing septic would need to be pumped prior to collapse that they might as well continue with the job.
Upon removing a couple of inches of dirt they discovered something even more disturbing - there was no cement lid. The opening was covered by what appeared to be mostly wood and some cement. They quickly concluded that the partially collapsed structure was a french well.
After some head scratching and searching they located the actual septic system on the far side of the property. After digging several feet they reached the lid which was intact, opened it up and determined that it was empty (property had been unoccupied for some time).
As a result of Provider name locked. ' diagnostic I put all work on the property on hold and incurred an additional expense to do the work I had requested of him.
I contacted Provider name locked. and requested a refund - he did not feel it was warranted.
If you know the location of your septic system and know that it is in good condition Provider name locked. may be the company for you for a Provider name locked. pump out. Otherwise I'd recommend you continue your Provider name locked. .

First, I was pressured at my local Ace Hardware store to submit my contact information for an energy audit. Against my better judgment, I gave in. Then I was hounded with phone calls for weeks to schedule an energy audit. I eventually caved again.
The inspector was professional and thorough in conducting the audit, but refused to proceed with a cost estimate for installing windows and gutters because the MAN of the house was not home during the inspection. The inspector asked to schedule a meeting at which my husband would be present. My husband refused because this seemed like a very SEXIST business practice. Later, I received several phone calls urging me to schedule, but the company refused to proceed without my husband. My husband and I are both owners on the Provider name locked. .

After calling all around and not getting any response from alot of contractor's, the owner of Provider name locked. answered his phone ( ! Unlike others) and said he would be out within a week and a half. And he was. He followed through with all time promises and didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't want or couldn't afford. We wanted one down drain pipe re-arranged and again he came back within the time frame he said he would, and at no extra cost re-did the placement ! That was definitely time he could have charged us for. Provider name locked. , the owner, supervised all the work, worked alongside his employee, matched colors with home also. Money very well spent.!!!! AAA++ rating
