They are replacing our bulkhead. So far so good. Nick their job site manager is very professional. I shall follow up at the end to let you know things turned out. But for now I would give them an A grade. Thanks Provider name locked. , Provider name locked. and Nick.

Everything went fine until the end, when the contractor had fill delivered for the yard. The contractor had the subcontractors drive tandem dump trucks with fill up the driveway, causing severe cracking and crushing of the driveway. He seemed to think this was okay as the driveway isn't new and had some cracks. He offered to " fix" the cracks and we agreed to let him try although we were skeptical that this would work. Not only did the contractor not show up to perform his attempt at fixing the driveway, he would not return phone calls or emails. The contractor had insurance and after making a bad judgement resulting in damage to the driveway , he made another bad judgement to " run away".

After the initial site visit we were told we would have an estimate within a few days. Have not heard a word back in about six weeks. With no follow up how do you stay in business?
