    A New Leaf Painting, LLC
We had a great experience with A New Leaf for the painting of our entire interior home. Everyone was professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job. We are extremely happy with the end result and so glad that we chose the right company to do the job. Thomas and Daryl were both great to work with, very responsive and professional!

    SHAMROCK Construction Services
Excellent. Peter was an absolute professional. He was great with communication and timeliness, and did a seemless job on my drywall. He also came in with a quote cheaper than two other people I had been in contact with. I recommended him to a friend who also had a great experience. Five stars

Straight Edge Painting LLC-Top Quality Painters
Zachary and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Zach furnished us with a very detailed estimate for pressure washing, minor carpentry work, and exterior painting. Communication throughout was excellent, as well. Not only would we highly recommend their services but we would definitely use them again in the future. A truly professional company in every respect.

    All Pro Home Improvement LLC
The permits went through quickly but the actual construction after the drywall went up took some time. If there is any follow up with Tim he will take his sweet time getting to you. I haven't even finished paying him and he still hasn't come back to finish what is started, even with me calling and texting him. This has gone on about a month or so.

    Armor Roofing Company
High quality work performed professionally meeting all of my expectations. Old roof was quite a challenge as much of the decking was rotted in several places. Extra work requested replacing 260 feet of rotted fascia board, after removing and disposing of old gutter system. Two areas of the soffit was also badly rotted and required replacement. Project manager keep me updated several times during the 3 1/2 day project reviewing all requirements of extra material and labor needed. Most please with the end results!

    Central Exteriors
Mitch and his men were great to work with from start to finish. They responded immediately to any questions on concerns that arose. They began the job just before Christmas and one day when arriving at the scheduled time, I suggested that we give the neighbors a break from the noise just for that day. because it was almost the holiday. They said sure, no problem. I don't think any other company would have been as cooperative. We live in Kentlands where the houses are close to each other, and space is very limited. Also, we have no street in front of our house, so all the materials and the dumpster and their truck had to be placed in the alley. They managed to handle it all with ease, always being thoughtful of the neighbors parking places and that the alley was kept free flowing to all traffic. This in itself was a big accomplishment. They worked diligently and finished the job in 5-6 days, as projected. Our house looks beautiful and is better than new.

    Fenwick Home Services
BEWARE Fenwick Plumbing is a predatory company that grossly overcharges for their work. I had the misfortune of my hot water heater breaking on a Friday afternoon, which resulted in them charging me an exorbitant amount to fix it. They charged us $1,700+ to install a 50 gallon water heater that I found out they are able to purchase wholesale for $300. This means they charged me more than $1400 for a less than 3 hour installation (more than $450 per hour), Doctors charge less. The only reason I’m giving them one star instead of zero stars is due the installer James be very courteous and professional. I repeatedly attempted to contact Fenwick to discuss my displeasure and never received any return response from them. DO NOT USE FENWICK PLUMBING!!!

Paragon Painting & Pressure Washing Inc
We put out a RFQ to clean, inspect, repair damaged siding and paint our home. This was an evaluated bid, not a low price quote evaluation. After talking with the owner of Paragon and reviewing his proposal it was absolutely clear he was head and shoulders above the other painting contractors. He not only fully understood what was needed he had the best approach for handling the job. Tim was punctual, maintained clear communication throughout the project, kept us informed throughout and had wonderful suggestions throughout. His carpentry expertise was some of the very best I’ve yet to see. His ability to safely remove damaged cedar siding without damaging adjoining boards was nothing short of magnificent. His cuts were a work of precision and the new board fit with such exactness that they couldn’t be seen as different from the original (except they were screwed in as opposed nailed.) After replacing the damaged cedar and caulking joints and knots, more than 5 cases of caulk, he then prepared the wood one last time for painting and sprayed each color a minimum of 2 coats. The doors were removed, sanded, and spray painted with 3 coats. The end result was startling. We couldn’t be happier with the work of Tim and Paragon Paining and Pressure Washing. The term “He went the extra mile” seems trite as its so over used but in this case it’s so true. Every detail was covered, every extra was included, even those we never thought of going into the project. The pictures below aren’t great, I’m not much of a photographer, but even so, they speak for themselves. Tim’s work is in a class by itself. By no means is he cheap, his bid was the most expensive of the four received. But his work was worth every penny invested.
