  • They arrived late, at 5:30pm, and then they didn't know how to uninstall the old unit, so they left the new one sitting in my office. When I called, Home Depot then said to just hire someone else and they'd work on getting me refunded for my install. This is the exact headache I didn't want. This is why I paid for installation and removal. They are a nightmare to work with.

  • It was on sale.  It was on sale. The guy who installed it was very good. They were here when they said they’d be.    The could have been a little bit more professional. The salesman wasn’t as courteous as he could have been. He was good, but he wasn’t real good.

  • It was a good experience. They were quite good. I do recommend them because I was pleased. I had a Speed Clean washing machine and it lasted for 27 years and that's why I went back to get another one. My dryer has lasted for 27 years too, but I hope I don't have to use them for a while. I definitely plan on going back to them if my dryer goes out on me.

  • I went in, I had already decided what model I wanted. They didn't have it in stock, I paid the money, and it arrived when they said it would the following week. It was a gas range, so I have to have the gas people install it. With Thanksgiving and Christmas, it's still sitting in the living room. The price was a little high, but the people were nice. The sale was good, it's normally $2200. They were on time.

  • I had went to another company that turned into a horrible experience, so I went to Home Depot.  I ordered the appliance and within 5 days it was here.  No problem. I will absolutely continue to shop here for appliances.

  • We went to Setzer's on Labor day to see the Speed Queen brand washers that were available. Since we already decided that we were going to purchase a Speed Queen the process was fairly quick. After being shown the models and the differences between them we felt zero pressure on deciding which one we were going to purchase. The salesman was very knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. After purchasing and setting up the free delivery we were in and out within 30 minutes. The next day the delivery men called as promised when they were about an hour away from delivery. The installation was professional, the machine was tested, care and functions were explained. I would add Setzer's to my list for future appliance purchases.

  • We chose Setzer's because of their length of service in Jacksonville and as a returning customer . We would have expected they would have confirmed the availability of the items purchased before offering them as an option and certainly before they took our $ 1000.00 deposit. Still waiting for our money to be refunded so we can start the process all over with someone else. Still no washer now going on 7 days . Very Upset !

  • The employees need training both in product and in sales. The general manager responded to a survey and he’s working diligently to correct the problems in his operations. The responsiveness for the warranty program was a D rating. But once the management found out that there was a problem and the customer had an actual problem with the staff in the warranty department, they were able to expedite service call and the matter was corrected promptly and professionally by the service operations department. I think I would probably shop a little more to make sure that they had the best quality of product and price before I just jump down and bought it the next time.

  • From the first search online, the web site was informative and easy to use. Immediate contact via Email with a Customer Service contact number. I called the 1-800 number and the customer service there was prompt and professional. The Store called me after the weekend as informed and the staff is kind, friendly and informative. The delivery drivers were courteous and called in enough time for me to be home for the delivery. There was a slight ding in the refrigerator and the driver immediately called Will, the Manager, and we made arrangments for the door to be replaced this week. I expect no less service from it either. The on-line coupon was an added bonus especially in an surprise slight emergency of our home refrigerator going out on a weekend and no repair vendors available. I would recommend Aaron's when your in a pinch. 
    My only recommendation would be to be able to fill out the application on-line prior to the store calling you to obtain the same information. I wish the item we ordered was in stock so we wouldn't have had to wait a week for a new refrigerator. The door was slightly dented, but I forgive them because we saw it all wrapped up and protected. Things do happen, oh boy do we know!
