Urgent Care reviews in Indianapolis

  • The entire process was very efficient. I didn't have to wait long to get into a room or be seen by the doctor. The doctor listened to all of my complaints and concerns and changed my antibiotic to something different. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would hope that I don't need their services again in the future, because being sick is not fun, but I wouldn't hesitate going if I have Urgent Care matters. Their office is also conveniently located, and I was impressed with their hours. (7AM - 11PM I believe)

  • Everything about the experience was positive. It was good care by good doctors. They were thorough and made sure everything was fine. The facilities charges for Provider name locked. V’s were over $4ooo for 7 stitches. It was crazy. I am disputing that bill right now. They have been very non-prompt in getting back to me about the disputed bill.

  • I had what appeared to be a Provider name locked. on the underside of my eye lid. I diagnosed myself with pink eye via the Web and was concerned because A. I was in pain, B. pink eye is highly contagious and a coworker had had it and C. I was having trouble seeing out of that eye. I couldn't get in to my regular doc and a nurse suggested I could either wait a day or go to an immediate care clinic. I thought about a drugstore clinic, but I've used Immediate Care in the past and always had good luck. I barely had to wait at all. I saw Dr. Provider name locked. who said I didn't have pink eye but did have an infection. He advised that had I tried to drain it myself (which I'd contemplated as I waited for my regular docs to call back) I could have done more damage. He numbed my eye, drained it and gave me a prescription for an ointment. I'm back on the job seeing out of both eyes and happy I didn't try to pop that sucker on my own. I don't know the cost because it'll be covered by insurance, but it'll be worth it whatever it was.
