    John did an expert repair on the awning arms. He worked with the awning to company to secure replacement parts and provide applicable services covered under warranty. John enhanced the quality of the internal braces for the awning. He also ensured that the automated wind detection-self retraction system was calibrated and working correctly. John's work was A+ quality and his prices were amazingly low and reasonable. John exhibited quality and integrity in all aspects of work completed.

    The work appears to be adequate but there was an issue with timing. Both times they seemed to keep the trailer longer than was necessary. Both times we had to do a pick up and return. Speaking with the owner/manager got satisfactory results.

    A friend recommended the dealership to me.  They did give me a lower price then I found elsewhere.  It was a low pressure sale.  I looked at the model at an RV show so we were able to make our decision away from the sale.  It was a smooth transaction.  There were a couple of minor warranty issues and they corrected those promptly.

    Braun's Fun Time Campers
    I started bringing my campers to Fun Time for service in 2008. Their service and parts department is friendly, helpful and honest. (I should mention that I started coming to Fun Time because my previous camper dealer tried to rip me off for $1800 to install a new refrigerator when the old one could have been fixed). Fun Time has repeatedly helped me out and found affordable ways to fix things for me. In fact, they've taught me how to fix some things myself just so I could save some money in the future. When it came time to sell my RV, the owner, Matt Braun, found a buyer for me and then helped me find and purchase the perfect used camper. (That required much consulting on his part and he worked with me on every question.) His son Austin even taught me to back up a trailer in their lot! Their service department has gone out of their way to help me figure out various problems over the years, always treated me fairly, and has dropped everything to help when I limped in with some problem. This is a family run business that cares about its customers and that you can trust to fair and honest.

    The camper was delivered and the purchase completed just before Christmas. We found the staff at American RV to be very competent and very professional. Our salesman, Randy Gentry, was helpful from beginning to end. We have had a few minor issues with the camper and American RV has worked with us to resolve each problem. The orientation provided was top notch (this is our third camper) and the work done on our truck so that it could accommodate the camper was completed without a problem. The two work well together. We would purchase another camper from this company without hesitation.

    Les Johnson, sales manager, exchanged emails with us, answering questions we had about a Flagstaff Shamrock 19 hybrid RV trailer that we had been reading about and wanted to see. He emailed and called us as soon as this particular trailer arrived at their business site. We made an appointment to see the RV, and when we arrived they had pulled the vehicle inside their air conditioned showroom and had it all set up and ready for us to inspect. Lisa Johnson, our sales person, demonstrated all of it's features and showed us the many options it contained. We were provided with cool beverages, privacy to discuss business between ourselves in the absence of a salesperson. We experienced no sales pressure and were given an opportunity to reach the best possible financial offer and they took into consideration offers from other RV dealers. We accepted their best offer via phone and set up an appointment to take delivery and have hitch work done on my truck. When we arrived to take delivery, Lisa and Les greeted us, provided us with cool beverages, took us to meet Doug, a business office person. Doug had all of the paperwork ready to go. In about 15 minutes, we were the new owners of the 2012 Flagstaff Shamrock 19 and Lisa took us to meet another Doug who was ready to give us a walk through of the trailer. Doug explained and demonstrated all exterior and interior features of the trailer. Meanwhile, the hitch was being installed on my truck and the new trailer. The trailer had already been washed (even though it wasn't that dirty) and all systems had been water tested. After one hour and fifteen minutes from our arrival time, everything was completed and we were free to go. A problem arose! Upon leaving the lot, I was attempting to adjust the brake control and noticed that I had no trailer braking action. My brake controller indicated either an open ground or a problem with the brake wire. I returned to the dealer and explained the problem. I was given over to two technicians who started to trouble-shoot the problem. They worked tirelessly until they found a partly bare wire, shorting out on the trailer frame. After replacing the bad wire, everything worked perfectly. After we arrived at home, we set up the trailer in our driveway. We have demonstrated it to our neighbors, started getting it ready for camping and guess who is sleeping in the trailer tonight while it's parked in our driveway???
