  • I have been seeing the doctor for almost 2 years. He seems to know what to do to treat you. He started me on new medications that have really helped me a lot. He is a pleasant doctor and has a friendly staff. I have never had any difficulties getting in to see the doctor. I make sure to schedule ahead so I know I can see when when I need to. They have very good lab work in the office, as well.

  • Whenever I need a pre-authorization, it takes Dr. Provider name locked. 's office days to weeks to respond to the pharmacy or the insurance company.  As of now, the pharmacy and insurance company have faxed them three times over the last week, and still no reply.  I am out of med's and just sit waiting.  I called Provider name locked. 's office at 8:30 a.m. today, and it is now 6:00 p.m. and no return call.  This happens EVERY time I need to have the prescription renewed - EVERY time.
Great Doctor, but poor response time and service replies!!!

  • Dr. Provider name locked. is my rheumatologist at Provider name locked. . Rheumatologists treat diseases that are like arthritis and muscle disease that are related to arthritis field. All of their diseases are what they treat but their main goal today is a lot of pain management because there aren’t any treatment for artheo arthritis which is what I have. There is a lot of different arthritis. They manage your health.  It doesn’t seem that they do a lot but they keep up with a lot of improvements and new medicine. They keep track of what’s happening with you. It a degenerative disease and you are always going to get worse and they keep track of what they can do for you. Provider name locked. is pretty well known in Indianapolis. There is not many in the state here. I am on a 6 month schedule. Dr. Provider name locked. checks my condition and keeps track of the changes to my body in which there are more changes in some cases than others, which joint will outlast and their weaknesses. The nurse practitioner can actually see the patients. If you can’t get an appointment with the doctor you are more likely to get an appointment with the nurse practitioner. This goes with his office and it actually works very well. I would recommend them. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.
