    Where do I start? Jason and his team were the best thing that ever happened to us! From the first meeting I knew this would go fantastically! Jason personally met us at Southern Dunes Golf Course after setting the meeting via emails. He took time out of his day (I believe it was his daughter's birthday) to show us the venue and explain how they work. We fell in love with the location and were eager to continue the service.

    Afterwards, we met up for the food tasting (which, by the way, is top notch amazing as well!) and tried out cake samples. We spoke with Chuck about the food and cake decoration and with Nikki about the linens and layout. During the entire time we also were able to keep in contact and get constant updates from Jason via emails. He always responded within 24 hours. Even, at one point, we found there was an email issue on my side and Jason made sure to assist so all communications went through clearly. If there was a question, he had the answer in a day. We also were able to provide a very unique cake design to Chuck and a special request for our cake topper to light it up and they said "sure thing!" with no questions. Amazing!

    Come to the wedding day he was very helpful! While some companies may just send staff and not come to the event, Jason made sure to come to our reception and watched over everything. He helped with the bar, made sure everyone was happy and kept me at peace on a possibly stressful day by keeping me well informed, which I loved. To top it off, everyone at the event said how they loved the food and were stuffed, and they loved how beautiful the wedding cake was (and how tasty it was too).

    Overall, Grafton Peek is a company that should be considered by anyone planning an event in Indianapolis. Jason is attentive, his staff is very knowledgable, the food is fantastic and service can't be beat. Highly recommended!

    Everything went very smoothly, from the planning with Tiffany to the actual execution of the dinner.  As with I assume most weddings there were several little changes along the way. Tiffany was able to help and make suggestions in order to make things easier.  When it came to the day of the wedding, we were able to get in to the Rathskeller as soon as they opened in order to set up.  I wasn't there to help set up our decorations but it looked wonderful when I did arrive.  There was only one small hiccup when it came to the dinner and cocktail hour.  Some where along the line there was a miscommunication of the start time, 4:30 as opposed to 4:00, but this was sorted out quickly with out a problem.  After that is was smooth sailing and the staff helped kept things moving.  We had scheduled the room until 10pm but guest were allowed to stay and talk till close of the restaurant at around 2am.  I would use the Rathskeller again for a large gathering and will continue to go there for there excellent food and German beer.

    It went great.  They did a complete wedding ceremony for my sister's wedding, handling all aspects from the reception, to guest rooms, meals, and decorations.  The main thing I want to mention, is that I personally worked with the manager, Kevin Smith, who was awesome to work with.  It was an awesome experience and he made sure to exceed all our expectations and uphold the resorts reputation.

    The event was a HIT!! Chesia was our event planner/hostes. She gathered our ideas and took them to the next level. It was complete blessing that we stumbled into this facility, They exceeded our expectations with price, quality, and profesionalism. The food was excellent, we had a bar, and the bar tender and servers were right on the spot. I'd recomended this event hall and event staff to anyone needing a quality upscale event. Thanks Chesia!

    We chose the Monon Community Center for our daughter's July 2012 wedding reception. After looking at several venues in the city, we chose the Monon due to price, location, reputation of Ritz Charles catering, availability of large outdoor patio/cocktail area, large stage and their wedding/banquet planner, Casey. We were able to attend a tasting in November to try different food items on their menu. Casey was easily reached via email for our questions and concerns. The wedding reception went smoothly. We were very happy with the appearance of the room. The food was delicious with ample portions. We received several compliments on the food. The cake was exactly as my daughter had requested. Absolutely delicious! The catering manager and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with at the reception. The outdoor patio added so much to the reception as the weather was beautiful that night and gave our guests a chance to get some fresh air. The groom's parents contracted separately with Casey for the beverage/bar costs so that is not included in my amount spent.

    I know I gave them high marks, but overall it was not a pleasant experience. The house is beautiful and just what we wanted for my daughter's wedding reception; casual but classy. My first contact with Foxcliff Manor should have told me what was in store. They told me how much it was to rent the Manor House and then listed everything we could not do to the house. I understand that it is a very old house and attaching things to the walls, woodwork, etc is bad, but the attitude of the Manor staff was never welcoming. After the wedding, during the check out walkthrough, the guests were accused of wandering into the caretaker's apartment (should have been locked or signs on the doors), hanging out in a room upstairs (the bridal party did their hair and makeup in that room), not putting the tables and chairs back the way they were before the reception (the tables and chairs were in the correct rooms and how they were not in the correct places, I still do not know), the caterer was accused of not mopping the entire floor (I was the one that unknowingly spilled some punch on the floor in one small spot), and I was accused of not using some chairs I had requested (no one had told me the chairs were in a coat room). If you don't mind being treated like a second class citizen, the house is really beautiful.

    We booked the date before Carla worked there, and when she took over she met with us right away. I was a wedding dummy, and she was able to help me figure out the details (where the dance floor goes, where the head table is,etc.). She was readily available via email, and was very helpful during the whole process. She was also there during the entire ceremony and reception.

    My fiance and I were planning to have a small wedding at the house we were about to purchase. The house deal fell through. We were able to find another house, but it wasn't going work out for the wedding. It was about six weeks before the ceremony, and I began desperately looking for something both affordable and available at such short notice. I found The Fern of Westfield through Angie's list. The lady was VERY nice and helpful, able to arrange as much or as little assistance as we needed. The space was elegant without being fussy, homey without being too casual. We used their tables and linens with our own centerpieces. The kitchen was wonderful - large enough to set up a small walk-through buffet. My grand bridal entrance down the beautiful staircase was very memorable. We got many comments about the beautiful setting. I would recommend the Fern of Westfield to anyone looking to host a small/medium sized formal, semi-formal or informal event. The hosts are generous and gracious and the location is beautiful.

    They were wonderful. The food was great (we got a lot of compliments), the bride and groom loved their cake, and the wait staff was attentive. The buffet line ran smoothly, they kept the tables cleared timely, were quiet and unobtrusive (but friendly). The bar was run professionally.

    The staff was great. They met with us to plan the menu, set up tables, linens, dance floor, etc. The site is beautiful. The plan was to use the patio and hall, but it rained and was cold, so we just used the hall. They had two bars set up. Everything was well planned and executed.
