"This was my second experience with PHP (which should tell you something in itself!) Both times, providers have been available within 24 hours to address issues." They have both been extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. Before I call a professional, I check as many things as I can think of, and both of them listened to what I had done and didn't waste time checking things I had already ruled out. In both cases, I had feared the problem may be worse than it ended up being, and rather than pretending it was bad and charging me more money because I wouldn't have known better, PHP's plumbers fixed the issues in the simplest, most efficient, most cost-effective manner possible. They've also been happy to take a look at any of my "While you're here..." questions, only charging me if work actually needed to be done. If something is easy and to do myself, they'll tell me how to do it instead of charging me hundreds of dollars to have them do something easy, though they're always willing to do it if asked. This most recent time, the problem was in one of my tenants' units (I own and live in a 3-plex) and I wasn't able to be home as soon as the plumber was available to get to the house. He figured out how to solve the problem without needing to get into my basement and was in excellent communication with me by phone while I was on my way back to the house. PHP has earned their place as the first call I'll make when I have plumbing problems--until I have them re-pipe the house and stop having to worry about it!

"Our electric hot water heater finally failed after almost 20 years, and it was covered under a residential home warranty plan, which subcontracted with " Plumbing. appears to operate under several different names like , Heating and Cooling, and perhaps others. , the owner, was punctual, efficient, and friendly. He offered several different upgrade options from the builders grade unit that was covered under the warranty. Part of his sales pitch is that the upgraded unit came with 6 years of semi-annual flushes/maintenance on the new hot water heater. This was especially important for us because like many in Indiana, we have hard water that can be damaging to a new hot water heater. We paid an upgrade of about $400 for a better, larger hot water heater. and his crew installed it efficiently and professionally. The work quality appears to be very good and we haven't had any issues with the unit since then. However: when I tried to contact for our first 6-month flush/cleaning, he only responded with 2 text messages that he was out of the country. I tried for several weeks to contact him by phone, by email, and by text message. I even contacted our residential warranty company, but they haven't been in contact with / , either. I don't know if or is still in business, but if they are, they did good initial work, but failed (or lied?) to deliver on their service promises.

  • Tech came on time all I needed was the bathroom sink fixture replaced and I had already bought the new fixture. I was told that my 25.00 for 75.00 worth of work would be deducted from the 299.00 it would cost me to have fixture replaced. That is rediculous.I also had a estimate from Provider name locked. to have a sewer line replaced not the same tech but the estimate was 4000.00 I went to Home advisor and was given price of 1800.00. I will never use or recomend Provider name locked. to anyone.I will get a refund ASAP
