Muffler Repair reviews in Indianapolis

  • Fine; it's first-come-first-served, so remember to show-up early and allow time for the repair (they don't take appointments). They do ther repairs, besides muffler work, and I may give them a try for other tasks.

  • I have been going to Euro Motorworks since they first went into business. I depend on them to take care of my Audi and troubleshoot any problems. They have never let me down and I am confident in their expertise working on German cars. I am in my mid 70’s and the trust I have in their work is unusual in this current age.

  • Work was good. They showed me the problem, explained the repair, gave me an estimate and quickly fixed problem. Shop does not take appointments. Because it was the Saturday of a holiday weekend I waited 4 hours before they saw me.

  • Ralph's is great. Brought the car in because we knew there was an exhaust problem, didn't know what exactly. Very efficient, brought the car in 9 am, they diagnosed problem and fixed it by 1030 am, when it was ready for pickup. Just needed one part, about $130, so they didn't try to claim additional problems, etc. Would definitely use them again

  • Dropped my car off last night after hours. Pep Boys actually diagnosed the problem, but they were unable to fix it due to the necessary welding work. Called them first thing in the morning to let them know I had dropped off car, and what the problem was. They called back within an hour telling me exactly what was wrong, and exactly what it would cost to fix it (much cheaper than I expected). Gave them the go ahead, and the car was ready an hour later. I expected it to be in a shop for a few days and I had it back before lunch the first day. Small operation, but seemed like nice guys. Did good work for a great price. Would definitely recommend.

  • The team at Kenny's did everything you want from a good repair shop. They provided a rational explanation of the problem, a quick estimate that was spot on accurate, and finished the job slightly ahead of schedule. I traveled 30 minutes past several other transmission shops to have my work done here based on reviews from Angies list and elsewhere, and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

  • It went great. My son had just purchased a used truck to get back home. The muffler on it was shot. He's in the Army and was leaving the next morning. They not only got him in at the last min but we're more than reasonable with the cost of the item and labor. I will be taking my vehicle there from now on out. Great people great service, great value.

  • Wow.  Wow.  Wow.

I need to do a whole lot more than just write this review.  Honestly, I need to bake them some cookies.

My car was in... embarrassing shape.  I know enough about the auto service industry to get by, but alongside timely communication, they explained what they needed to do and how they would do it.  I appreciated the opportunity to learn.

My car was done on time, and was roughly $250 under the budget I had set in my head.  They did so much more than what I asked, and when I left, I called about 5 of my family members and friends to let them know about the great experience.

The shop is pretty cool, too.

  • They explained what was happening and what the cost would be to fix it.  They did not charge any more.  When I picked up the car, the again explained what had happened.  I had a coolant pipe cracked  and release coolant into the engine which flooded the plugs and wires.  They had to take the top of the engine off and clean things out, drain oil, and coolant.  I think the price was fair.  Wish I had started with them.  They seemed to know from the start what was going on.

  • had car there at 8:30 am and was told there were 2 cars ahead of me . I told them I would leave it and have my son pick me up and would they call me when they found out what was wrong with the car .I called at 11:30 am and they said there were a couple of cars they were working on and they would call me back .They did not call . I  Called again at 2:30 pm and they said they were just getting ready to go check the code and they would call back in 10 min. I called my son  at 3:00pm to pick me up to go and get the car . Ralphs still had not called . When I arrived at Ralphs , Eric said that they did not have a tool to check the code on my Altama . It seems to me they could have found that out sometime before 11:30 am and called me to come and pick up the car . I feel I need to warn people ,  if you want to set in a cigarette smoked filled waiting room for 2 hours or leave your car and waste a day waiting for them not to even look at your car until you call them 2 times , then Ralphs is the place to go . I also tried to call the owner Paul and complain , but they would not give out his number .
