  • Dennis and Grout Tek are the grout whisperers. We'd had a number of pros out to check it out and all of them gave us different assessments of the repair required to fix our shower, which was leaking into our downstairs bathroom and causing a mold problem. Dennis fixed it in one visit re-grouting and re-caulking the entire shower (IT LOOKS LIKE NEW) and - I am not exaggerating - saved us almost $4,000 over what plumbers, shower replacement folks and remediation people said we needed. I did the remediation work myself with a little elbow grease, a hazmat suit and a Biocide Mold Bomb and Dennis did the rest quickly and professionally. Consummate and skilled professional. You can tell from his work that he used to be a full-boat tile sub contractor. Now he's just a regular, ordinary magician! THANK YOU GROUT TEK.

  • I waited most of my day off from work waiting for him to arrive (had an approximation of when he would arrive only) and when he finally did, he sat in my driveway for at least 30 minutes before coming up to the door. He took measurements, spent a decent amount of time discussing project. Said he’d be sending an estimate... and I never heard another word. Ever. Thanks but no thanks.

  • Oscar Moran was sent by John from Construction Services of Indianapolis to do my kitchen remodel. Although I had to wait a month or so to start the process, I would have waited a year. He is the most talented and professional craftsman I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! Oscar along with Steven, his helper, find no job too daunting and are concerned with only doing the best job possible for you. Oscar can do everything himself, so there are no stray people in and out of your house. There are no interruptions in the progress of the remodel, (as long as you have the materials ready to use) since you are not working around other people’s schedules. His attention to detail is wonderful and his craftsmanship is the best. He is trustworthy, hard working, and professional and I would never hire anyone else for a remodel. Oscar and Steven are well worth waiting for!

  • Michael went above and beyond in every way. He returned calls right away and was always on time. His quote was detailed and specific and his price reasonable. He kept me informed every step of the way and sent me pictures too. The old cabinets were original to my 100 year old house. He removed them without damaging any surrounding trim. When he ran into unexpected plumbing and wall problems he was able to correct them for a small additional fee within the same time frame. Impressive! Mike is very respectful and professional. I have been looking for that special contractor who only does things the right way, doesn't cut corners, does what he says, when he says. Mike is that guy. His worker was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I plan on using Meridian Pro for future projects. Highly recommend.

  • We hired Landis & Landis to remodel a bath in a home in 2005 and they did a wonderful job. Hired them again in 2018 and again were completely pleased. Gerald is very helpful and thorough with the estimate - incredibly responsive. His son, Nick, does the work and he is great! He is timely, respective, and clearly knows his business. Both bathrooms are beautiful and we couldn't be more please. Price is very reasonable.

  • Centennial was wonderful. They were excellent in every respect: communications, craftsmanship, personal interactions, design advice, carefulness, staying within budget, staying on schedule, tidiness. Every person we worked with was great. More than that, they not only were welcoming and patient with questions but they offered solutions to several other ongoing problems-- that have made significant improvements in our house. Moreover, we felt comfortable as we realized that we had made the right choice and we felt that we were in good hands. Half way through the project I had already decided that we will have them back for work in our kitchen. We had two requirements: 1) we have two bathrooms and we needed to always have one that was working during the process; and 2) we asked them to preserve some of the aspects of one bathroom as a cost saving/aesthetic decision. They did great with both requirements. Our bathrooms look really great, with great ventilation and improved fixtures! Now I think we shouldn't have waited so long! Dave and Robyn were our go-to people and they were just super-- great ideas, fun to work with, careful, diligent, patient and thorough. They kept everything organized and gave us good ideas for making each bathroom look great and function well. Every person in each job was really great-- demolishing, ventilation, electrical, carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting, mirrors, shower door. We had waited a long time to do this project because I had some poor experiences with other projects with other providers Centennial took care of us the way we take care of people in our lines of work. The outcome and the process was completely worth the price.

  • This company was amazing to work with! They showed up on time for every appointment, from the initial estimate to the last day on the job. They were prompt and professional. He walked me through every aspect of the project and didn’t leave any questions unanswered. Work was completed on time and looks better than I imagined! I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend their work!

  • I hired Mike Davidson to do a full remodel of my house October 1st 2017. I asked that he bid everything he needs to do in order to get the house completely ready to go. Kitchen, refinish floors, basement, fix drywall, windows and bathroom. Everything sounded great. He knew what to say to get the job. He gave me a bid for $20,000 dollars and completion in 4 weeks. First week, I was there to supervise the work and everything went great. As soon as I left, everything went into contractor nightmare. He would call me and say things like "hey you should really change all of these outlets. Ill do it for $1200 more". I agreed to some of these things until I realized it would never end. He pressured me to keep paying him because "there wasn't any profit in the job for him" and he said he needed to be paid weekly to keep going on the project. He would send me pictures of half completed projects and say it was just about finished and he needed another check. In reality, he was less than 50% finished on anything. He added a new lock and locked my mother out of the house when I sent her to check on his work. I asked him to remove the lock and he told me no. He would randomly break out in yelling and try to intimidate anyone who accused him of not doing his job. He left his personal mattress leaning against my garage until I got calls from the neighbor complaining. He backed into my other neighbors car and the guy said he never did anything about it. I had to send people there at night because they were afraid to see him and be verbally attacked. He was using my house as a workshop for several other projects like refinishing doors that were not mine. There were times when he would make zero progress for weeks and he would constantly blame other people. After 6 months and almost no progress, I changed the locks and locked him out in April after he told me that he had spent all of the $20,000 I had paid him and he was now working for free. According to his bid, he completed less than $8,000 worth of work. He later said that he would finish the job but I needed to pay him more and he needed 6 more weeks. He polyurethaned my doors and they are all peeling. He laid the tile I purchased for the bathroom and its not level even though he installed the subfloor. There are clearly sharp edges of the small tiles sticking up that a blind person would notice. I am now out $20,000+ and my house is still not even close AND he cracked my 100 year old stained glass window. DONT HIRE and if you do, dont pay him until you are absolutely sure the project is 100% completed and correct. Mike was missing in action for months at a time and always promised to show results soon. "Next week", "by thanksgiving", "by christmas", "3-4 more weeks", "by easter". Mike took all $20,000 of my money as fast as he could and used my empty house to work on other small jobs he had. He always made things sound like they were almost finished and would act threatening towards anyone I sent to inspect. He did decide to pick out his own paint color for my fence which matches nothing around my house. He did apply what looks like drylock to my basement walls, unfortunately he didn't wipe them down first, so it's already peeling and yellow. He did also break or steal my antique front door lock. He says it broke into a million pieces when he took it off. Which I doubt because he saved everything I asked for, except for the antique fixtures which I reminded him about several times. Mike cannot handle big jobs. Do not hire this guy. He will majority take advantage of you in every way.

  • Mike and his two assistants removed old countertops, installed new countertops, tile back splash, sink and faucet, microwave, dishwasher, electrical switches and outlets, garbage disposal and baseboards. He previously raised our cabinets to accommodate new refrigerator. They were punctual and worked professionally and diligently. They left us in good condition each day before leaving during the three day project. Mike made suggestions for some of the finishing touches that were excellent calls. The project was a great success and we will continue to contact Mike for any future projects.

  • He was really open to suggestions. Some of the suggestions he did and if it was something that would work he would explain things when it wasn't a good idea and explain why and it made sense. He was very easy to work with. He showed up on on time, professional and completed the project within a timely manner.
