    When I called, after normal hours, I was answered right away by a live person and was able to set up an appointment for a few days later. They called the night before to confirm, and called again a half hour before they arrived. The technician, Chris, not only performed the tuneup, but found and fixed a wiring error I made in in the Smart Thermostat I bought and installed myself a few days prior and gave me some advice on programming it for maximum efficiency. Very happy with the service!

    After HVAC failure In morning, One Hour Rep arrived at expected time & debugged problem. Multiple items failed at high cost. Discussed options. Homeowner agreed to replace 15.2 yr old furnace.     Efficient Systems
    Josh arrived early for his appointment to determine why my furnace kept shutting down. He checked the thermostat, and found one of the batteries had corroded. He cleaned out the corrosion and installed 2 new batteries, but warned that the thermostat might fail. Later in the day the furnace stopped running again, and Josh came back. He replaced the thermostat, but when he found some of the ceiling lights were dimming too, he suggested there might be a drain on the electrical system and I might need to contact an electrician. He was very friendly, thorough, and helpful. I would highly recommend Josh and Efficient Systems.

    This is the 2nd time I have used Cool World. The first time my air conditioning wasn���t working and they did a repair. The tech told me it was not necessary to replace my unit at this time, but soon. 2 years later, my 11 year old unit needs replaced. I was sure to give my business to this honest company. They have amazing customer service. All staff members, from the techs, to April in the office are polite and professional. I highly recommend you call Cool World for your air conditioning needs!

Appreciate Customer Service Representative Kelly, who took care of a Contract issue. Kelly also wrote a note to Contracts regarding the $100 credit on future repair. Greatly appreciate Tina in Contracts who honored Airtron's Contract with Angie's List for $100 credit off a future repair.
