    Very much a cluster from the onset. Installers arrived only to realize that they did not have enough carpet. They wanted to do half of it that day and then order more and finish the job a month later. Cleaning everything out to lay carpet is a major undertaking. I wasn���t going to tear my house up for them twice. It was rescheduled for a month later allowing me to finish some woodwork refinish but apparently the credit came in much sooner because I was pressured on multiple occasions to take delivery sooner. Finally installers arrived and did a nice job. After they left, I found a long noticeable mark right inside the front door. I have been told ��� they might be able to improve it ���. They say that I must have ��� burned ��� it by moving heavy furniture over it. It is in front of the door. There is no furniture in that area. I believe there is a blemish in thevcarpet. Pretty sure I am getting the run around. I have asked for the second time to speak with the owner. He never called the first time. We will see

    We hired America's Floor Source to install flooring in our home under construction. The crews were clean and professional, arrived when they stated they would and completed the job thoroughly without excuses. They were easy to work with and had a great selection available for us to choose from. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family, or anyone for that matter, as we are very pleased with their team and the work they performed! Thanks AFS!

    The carpet ordering process and installation went very well. America's Floor Source was very flexible with several chances that occurred in our installation date. The gentlemen who completed the installation was very careful with our newly finished basement and paid close attention to detail when installing the carpet pattern. Chris came by at the beginning and end of the installation to check on how things were going and to ensure the carpet was being installed as we discussed (pattern direction, within closet space, etc.). I would highly recommend America's Floor Source.

    Fabulous. Tom Nolder is a real pro in flooring installation. I have called him many times over the years for various types of flooring jobs, both hard surface and carpet. He is very responsive and always gets the job done. He spent extra time in my sunroom attempting to float out to a smooth enough surface to install over the existing old VCT (which was my hope); finally I agreed that he was right that it should be removed for a smoother surface. He really does go that extra mile attempting to satisfy the customer but is not comfortable leaving a less than perfect looking job. He is a perfectionist and it must look right. It looks great now, and so does the quarter round shoe mould in the house.

    We are very pleased with the workmanship on this job, as we have been the last two times we had Floortech replace flooring (carpet in two other rooms and a stairway, plus hardwood in our dining room). Everyone we���ve worked with from Floortech has been helpful and professional, including the installers.

    I like that Geoff did all the scheduling. If I would have had to hire the different contractors, the work wouldn't have gotten done. I liked the one-stop shop vs. spending my weekends going from store to store. I'm sure I paid a higher price for the work to be completed, however, it was worth it me. I felt comfortable of the quality of work Geoff and his team completed. I also still can't believe the difference in just changing out my fireplace door.

    I called SoCal to get pricing on carpet/pad installtion. I spoke with Jay(SoCal owner) , who made an appointment to measure the area that was getting carpet and pad. Jay and I met, he measure the area and informed me how much carpet/pad we needed. Jay said carpet and pad installation would be $300 , he quoted this amount on over the phone when I first called and then again when he met. I went ahead and paid Jay the $300, we agreed that once the carpet was ordered and we had it at the location , Jay would schedule the job. Carpet was delivered and Jay scheduled the work. The carpet installation had been started. My boss, the property owner, was there the day the work was being done. Jay told my boss that he didn't measure the entire area, which is an additional $200. He also asked my boss to make check payable to him and not to SoCal. Jay was paid a total of $500 for a job he quoted for $300. The problem(s) I have with Jay and SoCal, 1. He lied , If he did not measure the entire area, how did we know how much carpet was needed? 2. He took advantage of my boss by convincing her about the additional $200. We had plan to hire SoCal to do other jobs on our properties but we do not do business with companies that are dishonest. I contacted Jay once I discovered what he had done...and it's been over 2 weeks and Jay nor anyone from SoCal has return my cal. We want something done to correct Jays dishonest business practices.

    We emailed the installer for an estimate for our project and he responded the next day. His pricing for the project was excellent and we booked a date for the project to be completed. His crew arrived on time that day, they were fast, friendly, courteous, and did a great job! They cleaned up after themselves and we will definitely use them again for our next big project! Thank you guys, I love my new carpeted office!

    First, it was hard getting ahold of them and committing to a time to come by for an estimate (wife was sick which I understand but missing the first appointment entirely and then an hour+ late for 2nd time inconvenienced me). No communication was given throughout the project - I didn't know when workers were coming or going. After the floor was installed, I had to call multiple times (once the son put me on hold for 5+ minutes trying to find his dad - not ok) and I finally received a callback that the carpet was coming. Technology was also a struggle. They also do not have (or use) an answering machine or cell phone. I asked for the invoice to be scanned and sent to me to review, and the owner had his son take a picture and text it to me on his personal phone. It's 2018 the last time I checked. :) After the carpet was installed, I realized a divider section between the bathroom and hallway was not put in. I called three times one week, then once the following week. After that, I filed a complaint w/ the BBB. No official response/resolution yet, but I would definitely not refer them to anyone, mostly because of the lack of communication and not finishing the job. They (surprisingly? does everyone do this?) requested payment in full before the work began; I was leery in paying the full amount before it was completed, and now I wish I would have bargained for half the amount. And I really wish I would have looked at Angies List reviews first! Looks like I'm not alone in my assessment.

    Haley did a great job in helping us select the right carpet & pad. She also came to the house to measure for the amount of carpet needed. We scheduled an installation date & Anthony arrived at the agreed-to time (actually, early). He removed the existing & installed the new carpet & pad. It was a tougher job than he had expected since the carpet has a slight pattern & he had to be sure to align the carpet on each step & riser (he said he enjoyed the challenge!). He cleaned up everything & gave us some pointers on maintaining the carpet. Very professional. We are quite pleased with the result.
