"We ordered a beautiful dress for my daughter's wedding. It was all lace but had the appearance of being two pieces. When the dress came in it did not look the" same and the workmanship was poor. The salesperson was willing to talk to us, but not . She made every excuse she could. My daughter lives in Atlanta and we are in Indy. We sent her a letter via email with photos. My husband called because I was afraid I would get emotional. No use. She was plain rude and argumentative. She tried to come up with reasons why it looked different. She said they don't always come exactly like the sample. She finally offered for my daughter to come back in the dress, but by now my daughter was upset and not trusting this woman. She made the experience awful. It was upsetting my daughter and it was two months until the wedding so we just moved on, but I vowed to get the word out. It was her job to get us a dress like we tried on. I have photos that I wish I could attach. Her response should have been, I am so sorry you are disappointed. Let's see what we can do.

"This shop was recommended by my cousin, who found her dress here. I am plus sized, and was having great difficulty finding a shop that not only sold plus-sized dresses" but carried samples for trying on. I actually left two other places crying because after getting their "assistance" I ended up feeling like a whale. The first visit was lovely, and I actually ended up finding my dress. After that first visit I had some issues. Most of them were resolved. 1) My mom and I found the dress and got the price before leaving. The girl said the price included dress, plus size fee, and delivery. When we returned to purchase there was a plus size dress fee added, apparently she did not add it on the first time. 2) came in from out of town to see me in my dress. I scheduled an appointment for me and all my ladies to go in together so they could see me in the sample, and specified as much when I scheduled. We went in for our appointment and were then informed that the sample had been sold. 3) We could not order our bridesmaids dresses from them due to the specialty sizes needed that they don't sell. One of my maids called to see if they would measure her even if her dress was through a different company. They told her she could and made appointment. When she showed up they told her they would not measure her because she wasn't buying from them. 4) Dress came in and the only alterations needed were the straps taken in and bussel ties added. The woman helping on that occasion said they could store my for me with the dress, so I left it. My first fitting (I was told this would be my only one since the alterations were so minimal) was terrible. The entire bottom hem of my new dress looked like someone had run Velcro along it. It was fraying and in some places the edging was hanging off completely. When I brought this to their attention they, at first, made it sound like it was my fault for walking from the dressing room to the mirrors. I pointed out that the dress had been tried on once, for the alterations appointment, and that I got a length that was 1/4" clearance from the ground on three sides. They also lost my . They told me they don't store veils not bought from them. My sister had to keep me from going bridezilla. I had to wait a week to find out that they had found my . When I went in for my final fitting (to see the repairs that shouldn't have been needed in the first place) the was not mine. However, it was close enough that I did not care. I really just wanted to be done with them. I would recommend them as a place to try on plus size dresses, but not much else.

  • The girl I worked with, Provider name locked. , was extremely helpful. She gave me many options and selections to choose from. Happily accomodated when we wanted to take pictures. I plan on using them for my groom's tux rental. They have the best selection of any place we went.
