  • When I initially called the company, I received a call back very quickly from Bill to discuss what I was looking for.  Provider name locked. was my sales rep and he did a great job of explaining the available options and making sure he understood exactly what I was looking for.  I received several estimates from other companies before deciding to go with this company and after reviewing my options, i felt that Provider name locked. was most in line with the vision that I had for my house.  I was dealing with my association on the project so the approvals took awhile and I had to request additional photos and information from Provider name locked. along the way.  he was very patient  and helpful throughout that whole process and made sure I was on the schedule ahead of time.  Once the approval was complete, the job started very quickly.  Bill was there the day the materials were delivered to go over my job with me.  Provider name locked. was my crew leader and he was always present on site to ensure everything was going smoothly.  I admit that the construction process was new to me so i had questions along the way.  The whole crew was quick to resolve any concerns and address any questions I had.  During the job, the crew identified some additional work that needed to be done in order to properly install the siding above my garage roof.  Provider name locked. called me promptly and received approval before incurring additional costs.  There was some confusion on what I wanted for the decorative touch on the porch posts and Provider name locked. was quick to resolve.  Once the painting was done, I walked around the house with the crew leader and discussed any areas that needed to be touched up.  Provider name locked. made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before he left the job site the last day.  I was very impressed at the attention to detail by the crew.  You can tell that they take pride in their work.  Once the main siding and paint was complete, the gutters and screen porch were installed.  It's like a new house!  I would highly recommend this company.  They genuinely care about their customers and care about doing the job well.  Their work speaks for itself.

  • Provider name locked. gave a fair and prompt estimate that aligned with other estimates I received. We scheduled the work within a time frame that it needed to be completed by and his company made it happen. Provider name locked. mentioned that there might be some additional concerns due to the existing rotten siding. Once the siding was removed, we established a fair price for the structural repairs and they were done quickly. The job took 5 days and my house is updated and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Provider name locked. and his company to anyone looking to do these improvements. A couple things I learned from this experience: there may be some damage that is not visible until the existing siding is removed, be sure you talk about that possibility and what the costs might entail; also budget in for new exterior light fixtures and a new doorbell, because your house will be so nice that you won't want to put the old fixtures back on.

  • I own a 2 story house built in 1983. It had original siding that was in need of replacement (pointed out by my Provider name locked. ). Integrity was working on a house's roof up the street and dropped off a flyer at my door advertising siding and roofing. I looked them up on Angie's List and they were "A" rated for Roofing but not rated for Siding at the time. He convinced me that they were experienced in siding but were only known for their roofing. I quoted him against a few companies and he was a few dollars cheaper. He insisted that he would be taking pictures of their progress and clean up the job site once they were finished. They started the job and they tackled a few hurdles initially (replacing water damaged window trim and 2x4's). Once they began to install the new siding, I had them redo a board because they didn't terminate the vent I requested. The bottom section of the siding looks good, but the top does not look good at all.  The top section is wavy and has gaps under the boards visible from the street. There is also a section where 2 boards are butted up against each other so tightly that the ends protrude outward. They did not clean up their job site once completed and I never received pictures. I had to run a magnet in my yard to pick up the nails out of my grass. They spilled paint on some of the stone edging and on one of my Provider name locked. in front of my house, and they did not clean it up. Initially I could deal with a messy contractor as long as the siding looked professional. I guess I should have looked at the siding closer before I paid them. During the next rain storm the next week I noticed that my new siding looked warped. I called them to come by to fix the top section of the siding. They told me that they sent one of their guys to pass by my house and informed me that the siding was fine. I was not there when he supposedly came by. I sent him pictures and said that it did not look fine to me. He said that I did not have enough 2x4's in the top section of the house to make it look straight. I find that hard to believe when I look around the neighborhood and people with same house plan with original siding from the 80's did not have siding that looked warped. He said that he wanted to make things right so he would come by. He never showed. I attempted to reschedule but he said he was busy with roofing due to all the hail damage from the most recent storm. I tried one more time with no response. I was aggravated trying to catch a contractor so I figured the siding should hold up even though it looks bad. I traveled for work for the last few months and when I got back I still couldn't ignore the bad looking siding. I left him a voicemail 2 days ago with no response and sent him a text today with no response. What I do not understand is that I hired him to do one side of my house and if he did good work, I would hire him to do the rest of my house and eventually my roof. All I want is the top section of my siding to not look warped. He has been completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to make contact. At this point I am very frustrated with the neglect and complete lack of professionalism. I would absolutely never hire Integrity again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
