  • The practitioner, Adam, gave me a hematoma by my left eye on Thurs. The next morning when I went to open my mouth, my TMJ hurt and my scalp hurt. By Sat. My face was swelling. On Sun. I called the Med spa and left a message. On Mon. I went to the emergency clinic, and got a shot of cortisone. Still no call back from Adam. When I went into the clinic to talk to him on Tues., he didn't know what happened, nor did he offer to compensate me. It has now been 11 days and I still have swelling under my eyes. I have received no follow up from Adam or the spa! I am at a loss as to why I am having this reaction, as Botox is not known to cause an allergic reaction, and I have had it many times before with no problem. Adam said the saline solution did not have preservative in it, but obviously something got in there. Do not recommend.

  • After several visits to Jeffrey for color, cut and blow dry, it seems that no matter what I asked for, either he didn't fully understand or did what he felt was best. It appeared that quite a few of the women he worked on came out with the same cut as well...short on the sides, long in back. It's unfortunate because he seems like a fun person and the salon is very nice.

  • I arrived 15 minutes early, I didn't want to impose on Zada's resting time between appointments. I patiently waited till 5 till the hour to enter. Upon entering, the massage room was comfortable and relaxing. The massage was wonderful, I had a lot of knots and sore spots that needed working out. Zada found them, even the knots I wasn't even aware of. The pressure was perfect, not too hard in the tender areas, and not soft on the knots.
Honestly, 1 hour is NOT enough, I highly recommend 1 1/2 hour massage. Zada is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the care she gives.

  • I did a lot of research reading reviews and consulting with a lot of doctors.  I thought he would be the very best to perform my procedure. I couldn't have been more mistaken. Now I do not believe that any of the excellent reviews have been written by actual patients, but by staff and/or friends or family.  The name of his company is deceptive "Houston Faces". Leads one to believe he is expertly skilled in performing  procedures for the face,  If you have another choice go with it and run from this guy. Save yourself the aggravation, frustration and much more importantly the depression and disappointment along with the financial larceny. Run, don't walk!

    • Was not the outcome that I had hoped for.
    • Doctor tried to blame wrinkles on the side of my face due to my sleeping on that side, however the wrinkles were there the day after surgery.  He then said they would go away eventually.  When they didn't he said he could fix it for $500.00.

  • This place is the best salon in town - even for men. They are very clean, very professional, skilled, and have a no tipping policy (I didn't even no that existed). It's an Aveda salon, which is great, but it's also very affordable. You can buy all the extra fru-fru or just go for a more budget version. Their stylists are highly qualified - I have been going to Ro now every three weeks for over a year. Their haircuts come with a free hand massage and aroma therapy...and run about $35 - everything included. They have text reminders of upcoming appointments and a percentage discount if you pre-schedule future appointments. It's a 15 minute drive from my house, but it's well worth it for consistently excellent service.

  • It was okay. The doctor was fine and I didn't have any problem with him. He was very professional. They didn't charge me more than the Big Deal price.  It was a botox thing and the worst part was that he couldn't make me look any better. They are kind of using that Deal to try and  get people in there to sign up for plastic surgery. The nurses were very professional. It is  a very professional atmosphere and the office is nice. It is close to my house. He told me before he did all the botox, "You could have these kinds of side effects, this or that", it wasn't a rush-in and rush-out kind of thing. Their availability is pretty easy. He was very articulate and gave me a lot of information.

  • The treatment is the largely do-it -yourself variety provided by a Libbey hydrotherapy unit.  The process is a good bit like taking a series of enemas, but with the equipment providing the water at an appropriate temperature and flow rate. Also, the evacuating process is done without moving, so more can be accomplished in a finite (45 Minute) period of time than on one's own dealing with the equipment aspects of enemas.  This was not a first time hydrotherapy experience for me; the previous were with closed systems with a therapist present throughout doing abdominal massage. The two experiences are just different.  I was able to achieve a complete emptying of the colon using the HC3 set up and left feeling good.

  • I definitely am returning for another tourmaline facial. Very very relaxing! Kim gave me the very best facial I have ever had. Cost was $95 which I expected and worth every penny. I will be using gift certificates from here for Christmas gifts.

  • was a patient for several years and every time I went in to have my teeth cleaned, another procedure was recommended (rework filling etc.).  I grew skeptical about the need for such aggressive treatment and have since switched to another dentist that is far more conservative in the approach.  After a couple years, I have had no trouble with the teeth that were "strongly recommended" for retreatment.

Additionally, when visiting, I had my photo taken which I presumed was for my records to help identify me.  However, at the end of my visit, I was presented with an "enhanced" version of the photo with pitch for a whitening treatment.

So the general feeling was that unneeded treatments and services were being pushed on me that I didn't need.  Some people may be ok with this, but not me.
