This was our second time visiting Dr. Provider name locked. . As usual, he was really informative and helpful when explaining the procedure and its benefits, he had a good rapport with my son, and he didn't keep us waiting long after our arrival.- Emily S.
They were very friendly, and they tried to be accommodating. They weren't always accommodating, but they tried their best. The staff was pretty nice. The doctors were very nice, and very informative. One thing that I got ticked off about was that they told him he would have to go back in March, and so we flew down there. When we were in the hotel room, the doctor called and said that he really doesn't have anything more to tell us, and so we don't need to keep the appointment if we don't want to. I got mad because I said that I just flew 2000 miles for him to tell me that we didn't need the appointment. They are not real organized. The office was well laid out, and they tried. I know they deal with a lot of people. My son has to have his nose reconstructed, so we are going back there. They also had a lot of volunteers that were really nice.- David M.
Dr. Provider name locked. simply looked at the tests I had already had done and said he had nothing to add. He suggested I go to the Provider name locked. if I wanted another opinion on what to do about my ear pain and gave me information on an ear center in CA. He seemed perturbed that I had even made an appt with him to ask for his advice. His staff were wonderful, but Dr. Provider name locked. is a wet blanket who showed no interest in exploring what could be causing my ear problems that have persisted for two years now.
