  • Front point system is superb to two other systems I had before. We feel much more
secure now. Sensors were easy to set up and install and I put them myself where
I wanted, with great guidance from FP rep. Representatives, all that I talked
to, were professional and genuinely interested to help and hear my concerns.
All my questions and concerns were addressed!
System is sophisticated. Panel is easy to use and great peace of equipment, Sends prompt updates to my phone,
including reminders and alerts on open sensors.
Also, the website is great and easy to use. I named all my sensors and could give them
whatever name I wanted. Now I know which sensor exactly is activate or open.
Great! I added camera. Although cameras was just a bit more come complicated to set, I am extremely happy as I can view my house when I want, and it records event in case of alarm activation. Truly great feature! What’s more, system is
fully mobile and you take it with you if you move to new place.
I am extremely happy and satisfied and would recommend Front point to everyone.

  • We have used Provider name locked. for two years, paying for monitoring service and also for a warranty for our system.  They were always responsive to alarms.  However, we had problems with one of the sensors and their solution was to disconnect the three windows on that circuit so that we would stop getting false alarms.  Not an ideal solution, since they are ground floor windows on the side of the house, but their alternative was to rip out drywall and replace the sensor.
We contacted them over two weeks ago with another service issue that has rendered our alarm completely inoperable. We have called three times since then and have been told every time that we would be getting a phone call to schedule service but we never have.  At one point they told us someone had tried to call us but didn't get us.  This is untrue, since the number they have for us is a cellphone number.  Any missed call shows up on the "missed call" list and there have been no missed calls in the last two weeks.  The last time we attempted to get service, we immediately requested to speak to a supervisor.  She clearly understood that they had one more shot and she assured us we would get a phone call to schedule service within the next 48 hours.  We have not.
Today, we will call them to terminate our service all together.  We are writing this review as a warning to those who may be considering using Provider name locked. .  They are fine until something goes wrong.

  • Initially I called Provider name locked.  number listed on Angie's list – sometime in August.  Person told me to go
to their website and fill out a form.   Website:
I filled out the form asking to configure both an existing system and cameras.  Additionally, I asked to install the controls for the cameras on my computer.  For a long time – they did not respond, I put another request – still nothing!!!  I called the number listed on the website.  Nexlar found my request, profusely apologized and told me that someone will call to set an appointment.  Again, nobody called.
I called again and the Nexlar person answering the phone set an appointment for Friday, September 11, 2 pm.  As always, nobody showed up or called.
Today, I called to check why nobody come by.  I was told, that ‘they Provider name locked. ’t do residential only commercial properties’!!!!
If you read the description on the Angie’s list it says:  “Provider name locked. Camera offers wide variety of security systems & services in Provider name locked. , Texas for RESIDENTIAL as well as commercial usages”.   During the last phone conversation I was told
that ‘I was given an estimate by phone – a lie!!  If they Provider name locked. ’t service residential – why is in their description in Angie’s list listed as ‘residential and commercial’????
The final questions are – how does an unreliable company,
which neither responds to a request written on their website nor honor their own
verbal commitment is able to provide any type of security????  Why they are even listed on Angie’s list????
