    My mom loved her and I appreciate the attention she had towards her. The communication was perfect I felt comfortable leaving my mom because I was able to communicate with her at all times. I will love to hire her again when I go out of town because I know my mom will be in good hands

    I found them to be very professional and flexible with my needs.  The also conducted a face to face introduction with my caregiver. I also appreciate the fact that they provided a caregiver that fully understood my needs and limitations.  Overall, it was a good experience and would not hesitate to contact them again for assistance or recommend to friends or family that may need assistance.

    I feel so fortunate to have come across information online about Debra's services! I can't recommend her more highly.I needed help with the care of a sick and aged friend in Ann Arbor, and I do not live there but was in town for a short visit.  I contacted Debra and she was ready and willing to help with big and small cleaning tasks. Debra showed up with family members--her support staff--who were willing to tackle the situation (a sticky dirty kitchen and fridge, lots of trash that needed to be removed) and make my friend's living conditions more safe and sanitary. After helping us with a big deep cleaning, she came back for regular visits to make sure he had the care he wanted and needed (he was at first resistant to receiving care from people he did no know), as he lived out the end of his life in his own home.  Debra is energetic, positive, thoughtful and kind.  She cared for my elderly friend with great concern for his physical and emotional well-being.  She checked in with me to make sure she was providing what he needed and was working with him effectively. He wasn't the easiest to work with and for, but Debra was very patient with him and he quickly grew to like her very much. He often told me about her visits and he and I both felt good knowing that she was there to run errands and make some extra meals for him and be in communication with him weekly, when so many people were not.  Debra quickly became one of the few people he trusted and relied on--an invaluable service and gift! I am so glad to know that he received Debra's care and friendship in the last months of his life.

    This company is great. Not only did the in home eval was scheduled quickly; the sitter came ready to work that same day. She is very nice, professional and is great to have my toddler around.

    I spoke with Sue. She seemed very pleasant and I felt good with this company. I was looking for a sitter for myself to do the services that she provided. Then we got to the details and she started critiquing the the order and ways I cared for myself. For example: she said, why does it take you an hour to take a shower? I can get in and out with washing my hair in less time than that. When I explained to her that I'm paraplegic and I don't move that fast she then said, "oh ok well your sitter can help you wash your hair while you take care of the other parts of your shower. I told her I don't have the balance control to handle that and she said, "well we can talk about that later." We were getting to the number of hours I needed someone but I couldn't get past her asking me why it took so long for me to complete my tasks thru the day. Since being paralyzed I've never felt to inadequate in my tasks. To add to all that, she never all me back w/ availability. Not that I would have accepted.

    They came out, they explained everything, they discussed our needs, and they explained all their services. The thing that surprised me was that if they noticed that there were signs of abuse, they are obliged to report it. They said they were insured and bonded, and they would assign people according to our needs. They said they do back ground checks on their people, but we didn't as to see it. They were flexible with us, we didn't need them every day, and the days we had, they worked it with the girl who came out the first time. I know if we needed somebody on a day when she couldn't come, they would have provided with someone else. They were prompt with their invoices and their invoices were correct. The person who came to the house checked in and out on the phone, and so there were no added hours.

    Each time I called Heaven Sent, Lee Ann provided a caregiver in an hour or less and staffed the need around the clock for as long as necessary.  The staff are exceptionally skilled, kind and personal.  They consistently exceeded my expectations.  They cared for my Mother in every way to make sure she was safe (no falls) and comfortable.  They fit in well with hospital and nursing home staff.  I have used them several times as Mother's health bounces around.  They are always prompt and efficient.  I cannot think of a single item to complain about and I am difficult to please.  They take excellent care of Mother whenever I need them.  Lee Ann is the owner, I believe, and she is SUPER.  She just makes it all work!  She also has experienced staff who check in periodically to make sure things are going well.  I can't give enough praise to her and her organization.  Please call her to get the complete mailing information.

    During the last 6 months out of 1 1/2 years of service, has continuous problems with scheduling, communicating. We had a number of caregivers, personal and companion, only 2 CNA throughout were consistent and excellent in their work. Problems and concerns that arose were not handled to the family's satisfaction (names under this listing are the owners, no individual caregivers).  Being in healthcare myself for 6+ years, can't believe how unorganized and unaccountable this group is. During contract one of patients under their charge died and we did not even receive a phone call, visit or sympathy. Never again!!!!

    I had a surgery in May and my doctor had prescribed in home healthcare. They were very good. I was pleased with them. They were excellent. They would let me know when they were going to be here and they would be here on time. If anything changed, they would notify me and since I was home bound so it wasn't necessary but it was good. The staff was wonderful.

    They took care of all her needs. They also passed on information back and forth from the doctor. They made sure the prescriptions were correct. They also bathed her thrice a week. They did a great job. They worked very closely with the insurance company. So, it was much easier to get medical equipment or anything that she needed. They were on top of it to get the equipment. They made everything easy for me.
