I do not recommend this hospital for any brain injury or stroke patient. I have been blatantly lied to by a nurse about an injury my husband sustained. This was supposed to be followed up by her administrator as a face-to-face visit, which never happened. Although, the apologetic phone calls and "plans" to meet were fast and furious. That was in May 2018. Even prior to this event, April 2018, my husband had a cerebral angiogram done one evening. The very next day, he was in a locked in state, drooling, in an adult diaper, couldn't speak only grunt. When I confronted his male nurse on duty that day, he shrugged it off as being tired. It was actually a major stroke inicident that no one bothered to look into. My husband has not been the same since that day. The lack of doctor communication is profound. I had to raise **** to get someone from his stroke team to speak with me about my husband's current status, prognosis and treatment plan. When a doctor finally came to meet me, I was not familiar with him but I wanted answers. I specifically asked WHY my husband's health has declined. His answer was "what do you mean?" Obviously, this poor guy didn't know my husband's history or his state upon arrival at the hospital. He was most likely sent to me as a "soother". Please note, I had no control of where my husband was being taken for emergent events, as he was in TIRR, just around the corner. Otherwise, I WOULD HAVE NOT taken him to this hospital. What is even more astonishing is that my husband's care team at TIRR stated to me that there is a trend of complaints by patients, and their families, about Memorial Hermann- TMC's treatment of their loved ones. So, I have fairly warned you to consider my experience. If you do chose to use MH-TMC, I wish you the best and hope that your experience will differ widely from ours.

I've been going to see Dr Siegmund for probably 3 years and used to go more regularly when I had more frequent issues. My most recent 2 appointments were due to a flare up with neck pain and migraines. He is always very considerate if I'm in pain and his adjustments are very careful so I feel safe. Dr Siegmund is clearly very experienced because his adjustments are precise and most importantly effective. His team are very professional and I've always received good service from everyone I've met there. I did have an appointment with Dr Wafer there one time too who was also very good. They've even made sure to fit me in at short notice when I've needed a last minute appointments. They accept my insurance too which is important to think about. If you're looking for a chiropractor who is an expert and can help you when in pain Dr Siegmund and the Core Chiropractic team is an excellent choice.

My husband was there Dec. 22 to Feb. 6. On Jan 17th during a bad ice storm, the director, Landon Welch tried to kick me out by putting another patient in my husband's room. There were plenty of empty rooms available in the facility. My husband is quadriplegic and we were spending each night with him, to feed him and go get nurses as they would not respond to the call light. He then lied to me and said he had come to his room and offered my husband water. I was there and he did not come in to his room. I told him the night my husband started vomiting thank God my son was there because no nurses around and he could have choked and died right then. He said we could pay them and we could stay. I was already paying them $822.50 a week.

I couldn't have asked for better care - from the moment I walked in the door I was treated with nothing but the best customer service! The ladies at the front desk answered any questions I had regarding billing. Jim King was the only physical therapist my top-rated, well-known hand surgeon recommended & in a city the size of Houston that has many to choose from, I think that says something about him. I had suffered an animal bite to a finger & the resulting infection & subsequent scar tissue made it impossible to bend the finger without extreme pain. After two sessions a week for four weeks, I can now use that finger & even make a fist without pain! Thank you, Jim King! I will not hesitate to recommend Action Physical Therapy to anyone!

I trust them implicitly. I believe in acupuncture and it is the only thing that has consistently and effectively worked and is working for me. I have been seeing Dr. Gong and Dr Zhong for several years now. Both of them have unmatched professionalism and integrity.

All went very well and the staff was always professional and friendly. My relationship ended abruptly with Kelsey in 2016 when they refused to continue accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. I had used this insurance carrier for two decades with Kelsey Seybold clinic. I still don't understand the reasoning. Their prices are far too high for me to continue using them without insurance so I reluctantly parted ways.

If you are thinking of putting your child in this daycare center, take my advice and look elsewhere. I had to stop taking my son and daughter here after ONE day in their care. I was checking the security cameras all day while at work. I noticed one of the "caretakers" named Tatyana grab my son's legs in a very rough manner and force him to sit crisscrossed. She then grabbed his arms, again in a rough manner, and forced them on his lap. I immediately called the director De Ana and told her about the incident. She stated that she was out getting groceries for the center and would review the footage and call me back. Shortly after, I saw the assistant director, Precious go into the room to tell Tatyana that I called about the way she grabbed my son. She again decided to demonstrate what she had done and grabbed him again forcing him to sit crisscrossed. They seemed to change the subject quickly and were soon laughing and having a friendly conversation. After Precious left, I saw Tatyana yell in one of the faces of another child that was already crying and he backed up and looked very scared of her. They were all sitting on the floor at this time and even though there is no audio, it is clear that she was yelling at him in a threatening manner. I kept watching as they got up from the carpet and started doing other activities in the classroom. I then saw the same caregiver Tatyana yank another child by his arm, grab both of his arms forcefully and then grab him by his neck. She tries to pretend at the end that she is playing with him and tickles him before he runs off crying. After witnessing this, I called De Ana again since I had not yet heard back from her. She again said she was still at the store and would review everything when she got back to the center. I told her I did not feel comfortable with my son in the room with Tatyana and she assured me that she has never had any problems with her and she will talk to her about what was going on. After she got back to the center and reviewed the footage she told me that she did not see anything that concerned her. She stated that Tatyana used the proper techniques when physically contacting the children and that if I would like to go over the footage with her, we could do so when I went to pick up my children. She also assured me that she would talk to Tatyana and make sure she understands my concerns. I agreed to going over everything with her together but still kept a close eye on the cameras for the rest of the day. I then realized that I was able to save portions of the video for playback and also save them to my phone. I had already wrote down the time that she roughly handled my son so I decided to playback the footage and save those particular parts so we could go over them together. However, to my surprise, the portions were gone. The video seemed to skip right when she was about to grab him and again when she demonstrated how she grabbed him the first time. I figured she may have cut out those portions so that we could review them when I arrived. Once I got there, she was not at the center and said she was on her way back. I talked to Tatyana in person and she told me she would never hurt anyone and I should see the video again. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. I waited about 20 minutes and De Ana finally arrived. As she pulled up the footage, she noticed those parts were missing. I told her I had noticed it but I thought she pulled the footage for review. She started saying maybe it was the signal and we needed to go outside. I explained to her that it wasnt the signal and that it was doing it too while I was at work. She again insisted that we go outside so we did, and of course, it still did not work. I then showed her the part where Tatyana yanked the other boys arm and she said Oh, I didnt see this, Im going to have to look over this at home. (What a coincidence the part she didnt see was still available to playback.) She then called the owner and he said he would reboot the system to try to retrieve the missing parts. She said she would contact me after the reboot. We both left the center and I never heard from her. The next morning I texted her and asked her for the owners information. She refused to give it to me and said he would contact me. I never heard from him. I attached the text messages so you can see them yourself. Needless to say, I did not take my kids back and was of course denied a refund even though they only went one day. Stay far away from this daycare. They mistreat the children and cover up the evidence and the director even defends the abusive actions. The parent of the child she yanked supposedly was notified and had no problem with how Tatyana handled her son. At any rate, I am not at all okay with the way the children were treated and I have reported them to the state.

Our co-pay was about $30, but I am unsure what the cost would be without insurance. They have it where they communicate with the patient via secure folder site. ?They will ask how things are going and check how you are doing. ?I think that is cool. They did everything I think they were suppose to do. ?I don't think they did anything to stand out, but they got the job done. I don't have any complaints. They do a good job. ?They are fast. ?I like that I can communicate online. ?Like I don't feel well, may chest is hurting, and they will get back to me. We will continue going to them.

They take their time. ?That's what stood out, that they took their time. ?The office was quiet. ?It was tidy, they didn't have a lot of people sitting around coughing. ?I believe they were right on time. When I was trying to get logged in and figure all that out, they weren't very helpful. ?They were demanding about me getting on there, but not helpful. ?Demanding, but not helpful.

Dr brussard doesn't listen. It really came down to that for me. He never cared about what I had to say or felt. Within seconds of me saying something he would have the information jumbled or omit important details. It started to really grind my gears, so I had to find someone else.
