  • All went very well and the staff was always professional and friendly. My relationship ended abruptly with Kelsey in 2016 when they refused to continue accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. I had used this insurance carrier for two decades with Kelsey Seybold clinic. I still don't understand the reasoning. Their prices are far too high for me to continue using them without insurance so I reluctantly parted ways.

  • Very good experienced physician however the nurse staff is not adequately trained in intravenous puncture, sterile technique or  professionalism. I would be very afraid to experience any complications in this office due to the staff not seeming to be adequately trained. The day I went in, moaning and screaming could be heard during the 2 hours I waited in the waiting room. Then I went in and I can say it was very painful and I was screaming also. My IV was infiltrated and the vein is now blown, swollen, hard and sore.  I feel like I was blamed for moaning an not tolerating the procedure well.  This office does no follow up calls so they don't really give a care or want to know how their patients are doing post procedure. Next time I will go to the hospital.

  • He was very responsive to my concerns.  He was very timely and he personally answers questions.  He will personally call me or get him on the phone and I will talk to him....that is unusual.  The staff is very friendly and helpful.  They were fine.

  • He goes right along with all the other doctors; I've been very successful with doctors. With him, if we call and make an appointment, we can probably get to see him next week. In an emergency, we will probably be able to see him the same afternoon.

  • I arrived early and was brought back before my appt time. Wendy (the infusion nurse) is awesome. She got me started and set up right away. She starts me in a separate room so I can have privacy if there are any issues I want to discuss. During my infusion, Dr. Schwarz came in and had our appt. He took his time with me to answer any questions I had. I was about to leave on an international business trip and had several questions. I never felt rushed. I've been going to Dr. Schwarz for several years and am looking forward to several more years.

  • The wait to get into an exam room was a bit long (about 35 minutes). I don't think this is a big deal if the doctor is good.
    I saw Dr. Winkelstein. He was very thorough, asked a lot of questions to make sure my symptoms were covered, and thoroughly explained a plan of action; i.e., tests that would be performed, starting with a blood draw in his office, followed by a special gastro x-ray at an imaging center. I'm happy with the practice and the doctor so far and am hopeful for some answers!

  • He followed an orderly methodology. He managed to get me to a point that the issue is manageable. He was quick to get answers. He was good at communicating, and I appreciate the small office environment.

  • I went to the initial appointment that Manuel had with Dr. VIteri and I felt comfortable with him and his abilities. The staff were helpful and we had an appt. for a colonoscopy and endoscopy relatively quickly. The procedure went well and Manuel's was given advice on how to manage his condition. I'm glad that we chose Dr. Viteri.

  • Even though it was easy to get an appointment the path we were led down seemed a little drastic. She gave my son two prescriptions and then wanted to schedule two expensive tests before he even had a chance to see if the prescriptions would work. We waited and the problem ended up clearing up. So even though it was easy to get in we felt that they just wanted to run expensive tests and not try just taking the medicine first.

  • He is very professional, business like, brisk and efficient. He is part owner of the clinic. It would have been nice if he had said that up front. Billing is easy and efficient. They are easy to get a hold of on the phone. But I could not figure out which insurance goes to which billing. If the billing is correct, it is confusing. He was not scheduling as far out as other doctors, that was my favorite thing about him. They have made an effort to talk to me about the billing. I will not use them because of billing and because he insists that it is recommended that the colonscopy should be done in separate procedures and I have never had them done separately. I do not think that was necessary. It is a business decision not medical.
