"I may be a bit off on the dates, but I do remember the purchase was made in Spring of 2013. It went very badly. The color delivered was the wrong color. The movers" from were unable to move her original recliner into the space she wanted to. We had to pay a second delivery service to do this and it was easily done by looking closely at the structure of the recliner. When we called the company on her behalf, the local store refused to take responsibility for the color they had selected, which was NOT cordovan. My mother was very unhappy and we persisted. sent representatives out to view the color and determined that my mother had put significant wear on it. We were outraged. She is a normal weight person and the fabric, which was not leather, simply was not as good as it needed to be in order to command the price it did. The local sales people refused to consider that they had delivered the wrong product and that it was defective. I finally called their company headquarters and explained the situation. The first person I spoke to took only a short time to listen before transferring me to her supervisor. The supervisor listened, an as I explained the situation, seemed outraged as well. She followed up immediately and solved the problem within a week. All in all, not a great report for the location we used for this very expensive item.

"IF I COULD RATE WITH ZERO STARS I WOULD. PLEASE WHAT EVER YOU DO AVOID . I SHOULD OF DONE MY DUE DILIGENCE OF RESEARCH AND WOULD OF AVOIDED" THIS PLACE. THERE IS A SPECIFIC REASON WHY THEY OFFER ALL THESE NO APR FOR 36 MONTHS. BECAUSE THEY HAVE REVIEWS LIKE THIS. THEY WILL BE LIKE VULTURES AND GET YOUR MONEY. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR YOU. AS A CUSTOMER YOU WILL ALWAYS BE WRONG. IS NOT HELPFUL. THE SALES MANAGER IS NOT HELPFUL. AS A MATTER OF FACT NO ONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HELPFUL. I ORDERED A TABLE SINCE OCTOBER. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED TABLE THE FIRST TIME. AND THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DELIVER THE TABLE. NOW I HAVE RECEIVED THREE DIFFERENT DELIVERIES AND THEY WERE ALL DAMAGED. THEY STATE THAT THEY INSPECTED IT AND IT IS STILL DAMAGED. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WISH I NEVER DEALT WITH . PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY TABLE AND IT IS ALMOST 2014. THAT IS OVER THREE MONTHS NOW. READ THE REVIEWS AND MAKE YOUR DECISION FROM THERE. THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. THEY TAKE A CLASS ON HOW TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP IT. TRUST ME AND IF YOU don't THEN TRUST WHAT EVERYONE ELSE SAYS. THERE ARE MORE THEN UPS. THEY ARE CROOKS ALL OF THEM..YOU WILL END UP SPENDING 5000 DOLLARS AND NEVER GET IT BACK. TRUST ME.

  • The first time I purchased the bed the frame of the full bed was not drilled correctly.  The holes in the frame to attach the top bunk were misaligned.  When we ordered the replacement for the bottom bunk it was then sent without the hardware to assemble the bed.  When I asked customer service to send a hardware package to put it together, they stated they have no inventory and I would need to get that from the manufacturer.  When I contacted the manufacturer, there stated they don't work with the public, only dealers or distributors.  When I informed Provider name locked. customer service they stated they couldn't do anything and offered to send an email.
