    Tony did a great job. He came earlier than originally expected after calling and texting to confirm it would be ok. After the assembly, he even gave me an overview of the desk and it's features. He was positive and professional and I'll definitely hire him again.

    We were told that furniture would be derived at 10 this morning. At 10:02 the truck was stopping in front of our house. Very professionally handled from first time in store until delivery. (They were also able to store our purchases until house was ready.)

    I feel like we over paid. The service we received was great. It was just expensive. In hindsight after, we thought we were getting a good deal, and afterwords we realized we were not getting a good deal.

    It was free delivery. One of our pieces that had to take back, and it took a week to get it back. It was damaged. When we asked them, they did not reach out to me. Yes, I had to call to get my piece redelivered. They were professional. Yes, they brought the piece back. They did an excellent job at that.

    Not well at all, first employee had their own child behind the counter during business hours. Once I asked to speak to the manager, this worker not 20 feet away from me informed the manager that she didn't know what my problem was. I was told by the same man when we purchased the furniture that all we needed to do is come in once our remodel was done and they would schedule our delivery. We were not informed that it still needed to be made then delivered. This was just after Thanksgiving and they said it would be December 19 before we could expect partial delivery. I said we would not be in town at that time, they scheduled for December 17, then called around the 14th to say it would be the 22nd. This furniture had been paid in full and that salesman had received his commission in October and we waited until December 22. Will never purchase anything again from Ashley Furniture, and will encourage friends and family to not shop there either.

    A-Affordable Office Furniture is awesome! Their warehouse is enormous, they have a huge selection of new and used office furniture and their prices are very reasonable. They are a family owned business that obviously cares about customer service and their professional reputation. I bought a reception desk for a new office that I was moving into. I realized a few days after placing my order for a desk that my measurements were off, the desk that I purchased was actually too big for my space. Even though they advertise "all sales final" they were able to cancel my order and help me find the right sized desk and credit the difference to my AMEX. The owner was very patient and understanding of my situation. The delivery service was also very professional, on time with no problems. The furniture is beautiful, well made and reasonably priced. I am so pleased that I will shop there for all of my future office furniture needs. I live in League City so it's quite a drive for me to get to their store, but it's well worth it. I recommend this business to anyone who needs to buy or sell office furniture. I'm so glad I found them!

    I purchased a dining set on 11/10/2015, delivery was scheduled for 11/18/2015.  When the furniture arrived the boxes it was packaged in were visibly damaged.  This was an indicator No One at Rooms To Go really cared considering damaged boxes were placed on a delivery truck and the contents were not examined.  I took pictures and explained to the driver it was not acceptable.  The driver contacted his dispatch to request a replacement, the dispatch person did not believe the driver and requested to speak with me.  The dispatch person was very rude and wanted to know what did I want them to do.  I explained to the rude person I wanted the furniture replaced.  The replacement was scheduled to be delivered January 2, on December 30 I contacted Rooms to Go to reschedule the delivery and was told I could not reschedule and I would need to call back.  I called back on January 6 and was told the furniture was discontinued and I would need to go in the store to get a replacement.  Since then I have contacted Rooms to approximately 5 times Speaking to Amber (supposedly a supervisor) who stated they would deliver the damaged furniture and an hour later received a phone call from Sandra in the warehouse who refused to give me her supervisors name claiming she did not have a supervisor and stating the furniture was not going to be delivered. And my last phone call was with Cheyenne (supposedly a Supervisor) who is completely Rude and Incompetent.  Cheyenne was horrible to deal with but does represent the true Culture of Rooms to Go.  I still do not have furniture but was promised by the Store Manager (Phillip) they would refund cost of the chair ($24.00) the Total Cost of the 4 Chairs and Table was $750.16 but they are willing to reimburse me $24.00 Really Comical.  Phillip was pleasant and understanding but the Rooms to Go upper management / culture restricted his ability to resolve the issue.
    In Closing I will Never Purchase Anything from Rooms to Go again

    The whole project lasted several months, but well worth it.  Mary Bell, the designer is great to work with.  The final result exceeded our expectations.  This was the second time we used her.  In 2001 we did a complete kitchen remodel.  Again, with an excellent result.  At that time her company was known as C C Designs.  Earlier today I reviewed her work and forgot that she changed the name of her company.  So, by either name, C C Designs, or Bell Reed Designs, Mary Bell  is an excellent designer I would absolutely use her again.

    When the sofa was delivered the delivery people discovered they had sent the wrong sofa. The correct sofa cover was sent but the wrong sofa. It was the fault of the sales person. I tried calling the call center. The phone rang a very long time before they answered; but only with a recorded message that went on much too long. Was told I would have to wait up to 72 hours for a response  That was not acceptable as we are leaving town.  They kept putting us on hold, for over one hour; then they said there was nothing they could do immediately.  Only if I came to the store and purchased another sofa could they deliver another.  After much discussion, they said I would have to pay over the phone with a credit card.
    Later they said they would deliver the correct sofa the following day; Tuesday.  They said it would be delivered between 9 and 1:00 however the assembly men would have to be called after the delivery.
    Later we received information that the delivery and assembly would happen at the same time.  Today we waited all day for a delivery after receiving robo calls saying delivery would happen between 9 and 1.  More phone calls and we received a call telling us to call another person locally.
    She was no help, very rude and with a go to h*** attitude toward a very upset customer.  She told me I would have to come to the store for a refund as the overcharged me.  She said the delivery would be made sometime tomorrow.
    This is the worst customer service I have ever had.  They have no regard for the customer nor do they really making an effort to correct a problem they created.  We still do not have the correct item.  They will not give us a time for delivery tomorrow.  I will never never buy another item for this non customer accommodating store.They did not acknowledge their mistake. 
    The delivery people were great.  The Ikea staff did not listen, talked back and generally offered no solution for the problem. 
    Go some place else if you want to buy larger items requiring home delivery.  It is not worth what you think you will save by using them instead of another Houston furniture store.

    I may be a bit off on the dates, but I do remember the purchase was made in Spring of 2013. It went very badly.
    The color delivered was the wrong color.  The movers from Relax the Back were unable to move her original recliner into the space she wanted to.  We had to pay a second delivery service to do this and it was easily done by looking closely at the structure of the recliner.
    When we called the company on her behalf, the local store refused to take responsibility for the color they had selected, which was NOT cordovan. My mother was very unhappy and we persisted. Relax the back sent representatives out to view the color and determined that my mother had put significant wear on it. We were outraged. She is a normal weight person and the fabric, which was not leather, simply was not as good as it needed to be in order to command the price it did.  The local sales people refused to consider that they had delivered the wrong product and that it was defective.
    I finally called their company headquarters and explained the situation. The first person I spoke to took only a short time to listen before transferring me to her supervisor. The supervisor listened, an as I explained the situation, seemed outraged as well. She followed up immediately and solved the problem within a week. 
    All in all, not a great report for the location we used for this very expensive item.
