Excellent company, great experience; went above and beyond my expectations. These guys shoot straight and were in point. Did a great job communicating the problem and solution. Punctual, clean, well-equipped, professional quick, and NO BS. Highly recommend, will use again.

The Inspection process was exceptional. I called, they came and I received the report the very next morning. Although my inspector was unable to utilize infrared detection because my ac no longer functions at all, his visual inspection was on point. It touched on every discipline involved in the reconstruction. I finally have the information needed to bring to USAA about the dangerous conditions that I have been living with because of the work done by Roadrunner Restoration. I pray this company is never able to do this to anyone ever again! The owner, Rick Daniels should be tarred, feathered and run out of town! I love what Houston Inspectors has done for me!! I can’t sing their praises enough! They have provided proof that my home is structurally unsound and the plumbing issues are bad enough to warrant a complete examination and the electrical work done is flawed as well! USAA preferred vendor list has led me into reliance in the abilities of the unscrupulous company Roadrunner Restoration! I also pray that USAA sees to it that my home is restored in a proper manner by anyone other than the company who performed so abysmally and kept me out of my home longer than necessary, had me move home only to have no electricity or gas, they stole my property and threatened to place a lien on my property if I did not sign their completion paper!! Mind you, my husband who served in Vietnam, died two weeks before my home burned from the effects of Agent Orange! This company was able to take full advantage of my situation to drag this job out and wear me down! They never completed the job and what they did do was incredibly bad!

Work was generally great, Living in Houston it took them 3 1/2 months to get through the city permitting process. Salesman was super, before during and after the install and we talked often. The day of the install, the panel install folks were super, the electrician was great we had only 2 missed items that were fixed quickly when discovered. The project lead was relatively new and handed all permitting and scheduling of everything. She was not very responsive when I needed her and seldom returned messages and emails in a timely fashion often taking days. I'm a hands on type of person and want to observe everything and see what is happening without being in the way. Getting hold of the project lead during the install became a larger problem during the installation as the permit inspector folks showed up and I needed her to have her folks resolve the issues and get the inspector reschedule back in a timely manner to keep the project from going from 3 1/2 months to 4 months. Key area I would do differently having been through this would be, change when SUNPRO and their accounting folks can draw funds from the loan from up on signing to after all permitting has been completed and then not until actual installation day. Due to the city of Houston giving the permitting an approval to move forward to install and then two days later revoking the approval it seemed to allow SunPro accounting department to make another large draw on the finance funds and would not return the funds until I had the lender to get involved and return the money back and credit out all the associated fees and finance charges until the actual permitting was approved by the city again and we actually were able to do the install for real some one month later. In addition to the Solar Panel installs, SunPro went thru the house as part of their all in one plan of replacing all bulbs with the new LED bulbs, checked the house for air leaks and fixed them and wrapped the hot water heater and checked the addict for problems. MAKE NO MISTAKE, I WOULD GO WITH SUNPRO AGAIN AND THE PEOPLE! Not sure how to answer any questions you might have of my writeup and get it to me.

I called for an appointment which they set for the next day. They arrived promptly and checked out the furnace immediately. The news is not what I wanted to hear but was explained with the facts, something that should have been done when I bought this system. The problem was resolved.

Everything was above expectations! Appointment set-up was very compatible with our schedule. Installers were very punctual and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and the installation process. Without any reservations, we highly recommend Attic Innovations and would definitely use them again!

They wanted to install $4,500 barrier service, it was another one of those bait and switches when they come in for a really low price and are going to give me some kind of installation of 700 feet. It turns out 700 feet is like a twelfth of what you need and they want $4,500 to add some insulation. When I confirmed with someone that I know at work and they basically told me it was a joke, a waste of money and it doesn't keep your house any cooler. It was not a good experience. I didn't get my money's worth and I would never use them again. This was an $89 big deal. I was supposed to get 700 feet of whatever that product was for $89 and I didn't get any of it.

Initially it was a bit difficult to schedule because they have very limited hours for which they perform the auditing services.  Once we we were able to schedule the audit, they were on time and very professional. The gentleman who performed the audit was very knowledgable but it was a very quick process.  He said he had everything he needed on his phone and ultimately recommended additional insulation and new windows.  In some respects, I feel like this should have been a part of the estimate process which is customarily free rather than an independent "audit."  Overall, the service is worth it but I might recommend just having someone come out for an insulation estimate instead.

Last summer when my electrical service contract was coming to an end, I began researching the best rates and it was difficult to tell exactly what rates, fees etc were being offered by each provider. Someone recommended Energy Ogre and for a low monthly subscription, they found me a new and much less expensive provider, handled the contract and got me signed up.  This plan was just about to expire and they found me another provider and handled all the details again. It is hassle free - they even set up the auto-pay for me. I have not had one blip in the process - not through the energy provider they signed me up with nor with Energy Ogre themselves.

James came out and did an energy audit on the house. He was pleased with what I had already done but suggested radiant barrier and the solar fans as good additions to the whole picture. After discussing it I also added the access ladder to the attic. It had an opening but no ladder and I wanted it for easier access.
Carl scheduled it and came with the crew who installed the radiant barrier and the insulation. Carl stayed and replaced sheetrock and they prepared it for painting. Came back the next day and finished the job by adding the two solar fans after sanding the putting on more mud on the sheetrock repairs. Once it dried he painted it. He came at 2 on the second day and did not leave until he finished at 5. I hope he made it to his child's program which was at 7.  He did a very good job. I really appreciate the work James, Carl and Brooke did to keep the job on track.
Brooke made sure communication was good between all everyone and the job went smoothly.

Thank you. I would recommed them to anyone who wants this done.

The first man came out quoting an enormous amount for addiional work, suggesting 10 inches of insulation. Later, I called to inform them that I just wanted the deal after someone else looked over it and told me that I did not need that much. The next person was very prompt in dispatching someone to my house to do the work. They were very accomodating.
