My husband and I showed up with our two dogs (one a puppy and one was a 2 year old) on time for our appointment. Provider name locked. was very friendly and knowledgable and Provider name locked. even came out and helped out with our session. We were given homework to do with our guys, which I was excited about. Even after the 45 minutes we spent all working with the dogs I could see slight improvements. The problem I have comes after. I had mentioned that I MAY use them for boarding in about a month but I WOULD let them know since my trip was still up in the air and I was unsure about the exact days. Over the next few weeks Provider name locked. called and emailed me a couple of times a day inquiring about the boarding. He even went so far as to sign us up for boarding even though I asked him not to do so since I was unsure of the exact dates and number of days I would be out of town. I felt bullied. He never tried the calling and bullying with my husband...only me, which I felt was extremely unprofessional. He finally tried telling me that the boarding can fill up and he didn't want me missing out. I informed him that I usually board the dogs with our vet, and if it came to that i was fine with that. He called a few more times before finally sending me an email that "officially cancelled" a reservation I never authorized him to make.
If he would not have been so pushy in regards to the boarding we would have enrolled our dogs in further training and more than likely given them an A rating. Unfortunately, the bad experience has masked the good experience due to his nasty attitude towards me about boarding. Ultimately, we will never return or refer anyone to try them out. They are not the only trainers in Houston...and their behavior was not acceptable.

Provider name locked. really specializes in aggressive dogs, so it was a relief to have his help. My dog is a rescue dog and the last thing I wanted to do was give him back. Provider name locked. took him, worked with him for several weeks and then spent a few sessions training us (the root of the problem of course). Our dog is significantly better, the main thing now is I understand what I need to do to control him when he does get agitated (the vet!) or begins to get aggressive. Provider name locked. was really a life-saver, literally...- Eileen D.
Provider name locked. is a great trainer. They are also a doggy day care. I drop my dogs off while I am doing Physical Training, and they walk my dogs. They also have boarding.- ELAINE E.
