The office is clean and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and willing to help. I went with my husband to the initial appointment and waited in the waiting room. The doctor wanted to set up a colonoscopy. His appointment was on a Thursday and he was able to set up the colonoscopy for the next Tuesday. I was really happy that they were able to get everything set up so soon. I went with him to the colonoscopy and when the procedure was done the doctor came out and talked to me about how it went. She was very good at explaining the pictures and what she saw. She also explained what she thought and the course of action very well. She listened and answered all of the questions I had and was very nice. The only thing that I don't like is that she has only limited office hours and doesn't come in at all on Friday. That means my husband has to take off work for his follow up appointment. Other then that everything was very good and I would see her again.- Chelsea T.
After seeing my son in his office, Dr. Provider name locked. got him in for surgery the following afternoon. Everything went as Dr. Provider name locked. said it would and my son is healing well. Dr. Provider name locked. 's nurses/staff are all very professional and personable --- we felt well cared for!!!

I made my appointment with Dr Provider name locked. for a problem that was VERY PERSONAL AND EMBARRASSING for me after years of living with the condition. At the appointment I was first shown an office where I had a "consultation" with a very young doctor the age of my oldest child. I expressed my embarrassment about discussing my problem with this young doctor but felt that I had to get through him to see Dr. Provider name locked. . After the consult came the examination, again by this very young doctor. Only after this did Dr. Provider name locked. come to talk to me. He never touched me. He determined that I should have more tests run and said his office would call to schedule the appointments.
I was call and the appointments scheduled at a facility that was a part of his medical group. Costs and my insurance coverage and what I would need to be prepared to pay were not discussed during these conversations. I know that I have a high deductable and anticipated having to cover that first so was prepared to personally pay for most of the expense of the treatments. I was not prepared for the public questioning of my financial abilities in the waiting room of the testing center. After several moments of discussion I requested if the discussion could happen in a more private setting. It was at this time that I questioned why, if they were so concerned about my ability to pay did they not ask when they scheduled the appointment as they knew then that I would have to be able to pay for the procedures personally then.
After spending so many years just gathering the courage to discuss my problem and have i diagnosed and treated this confrontational and very public flogging undid me. I canceled the procedures and left. I called the doctors office from my car and spoke with Provider name locked. the office manager in tears. She apologized profusely and stated that she would have Dr. Provider name locked. call me on Monday. Monday, she did call me back but did not discuss at all the problems that happened at the testing center but just address some of the questions I had stated about the process of another test that was to be run. Dr. Provider name locked. was not mentioned which was surprising as he was supposed to call me not Provider name locked. and as she could not answer all my questions she indicated she would have to get those answers and call me back. Three days later when I still had not heard back from her or Dr. Provider name locked. I called and canceled the last procedure. I was requested at that time to call his office to let him know that I had canceled the procedure.
Yesterday I received notice from my insurance company that the first appointment was bill from a Dr. Provider name locked. for a $300.00 consultation and $300.00 surgical procedure. I don't know who Dr. Provider name locked. is. I did not have surgery while I was in the office. I called billing today and was told that they did bill it under Dr. Provider name locked. but the insurance company made a mistake. Also the outrage costs for 30 minutes of time with a doctor who I did not even have an appointment with was okay because they only really get $80 dollars from the insurance company. I was then told that I actually had a credit on my account and that they would mail a check out in about a week.
I have a very real issue that needs to be addressed and now have to find a different doctor and start all over. I am a business owner and would never treat my customers this way. I felt as if I was just a way to make money to Dr. Provider name locked. . Make an appointment, let them see the grunt resident, step in like a movie star and make an appearance. Refer the patient to have tests at the testing facility I own, make sure they can pay by God, as my 5 minute appearance diservses reverence and don't worry about the patients feelings or privacy, Oh, and when they cancel appointments make them notify everyone as we just don't have the time as time is money to us. And unless the patient ask for it, don't mention the credit on their account after all, we lost all that income because she canceled her appointments.- Linda S.
