  Aita helped me. She looked in the cases and checked in the back room to find exactly what I was looking for. My ring and earrings are beautiful and I’m so happy with my purchase. Henry helped me the first time I was looking for my daughters birthday gift. He was excellent but when I returned the next day I asked for aita since we built a rapport. Again, Aita hit it out of the park. She found a necklace that I know my daughter will love and she mailed it to her in Boston. I LOVE this store. The prices are great!! The quality and ‘fire’ in their stones is outstanding

  Very well. I support neighborhood businesses and have supported it since moving to the Montrose area in the 1990s. The owner always remembers my name and special requests that I have had over the years such as crease or no crease and starch preference for men's shirts. I have used their dry cleaning, laundry and alteration services. Support neighborhood businesses, especially during the pandemic as they struggle to survive.

  I give this company a "D" because some of the work was completed, but only with our help. I would not recommend this company to anyone... They were quick to respond to the Angie's List request and were awesome to come out to quote the same day. They seemed nice enough, looked over the whole job and quoted a fair price. The price was quoted for 2 guys over 2 days. On day one, two guys showed up, but only one stayed for the job. He was super nice and polite but had no tools other than a hand saw and a broken tape measure. He laid the whole floor without a mallet and when we found the separated seems throughout the whole room, he had to pull it all back up and start over. We helped with this room - both pulling it up and reinstalling it. The second room went a little smoother, although it was still just one man that needed assistance. On the third day, two guys showed up. All the pieces for the third and final room had been cut the day before, but absolutely nothing was installed between the hours of 830 and 1130. At 1130 we realized that they had taken apart pieces that had already been installed, cut them and left major gaps between the pieces in front of the bathtub. We said this was unacceptable and needed to be redone. They called their boss, then sat on the front porch for 2 hours waiting on him. When he never showed up, they went back to work. Four hours later, the boss arrives and starts cutting our vinyl pieces by hand, with a knife, leaving rough, jagged and uneven edges. He was told twice that was unacceptable and needed to redo that section. He ignored us and continued to work. We finally told them they needed to finish the room properly, then leave without finishing the rest of the job. Furthermore, the amount of material waste was a bit extreme; after day 2 we should have had 5 extra boxes of vinyl - we're left with less than two now. It was just too much to have to babysit, loan them tools and help them do their job. The whole reason we hired out was so that WE could focus on other parts of the project, but that ended up not happening and all we did was supervise. Needless to say, it took them from 830am to 630pm to complete one 12x12 room that already had all the pieces cut… the amount of corners they tried to cut, around door frames and not matching up patterns, was absurd! Fortunately for us, we had the knowledge to know that it wasn’t right and made them correct it. I feel bad for the person who doesn’t…

  They’ve ripped 3 expensive shirts. Besides being RUDE, The first shirt, ok accidents happen. Got a small credit. A year later another ripped shirt and another small credit towards my next bill. Six months later and it happened again. WTH? The alterations on one shirt cost more than the credit you get. Not including the cost of the shirts. STAY AWAY.

  When I found the car of my dreams, a 1997 Jaguar XK8, I searched for a shop that was up to the challenge of restoring the car to its pristine state. I can report that Stitches Auto Tops and Upholstery exceeded my expectations. My Jaguar XK8 is a joy to behold. This is what Joel Hutchinson and his team accomplished: Hand-tooled leather upholstery in both front seats; re-dyed leather and vinyl interior to match; powder coating on the original wheels; re-anodized alloy wheels; and newly installed top and liner. Joel is a master craftsman who convinced me he cherished my car as much as I do. His pride in his work instilled in me the confidence to leave my treasured car to his labor of love.

  M & M Roofing Co Inc

  There were four crews involved in the work: one for the siding, one for painting, one for the sloping roof work and one for the flat roof. The first three crews were very professional and did great work. The flat roof crew was disorganized, messy and produced an aesthetically unsatisfactory product. The flat roof probably will provide adequate protection but it does not look good. The crew made a mess of the tie-ins to the brick wall and roof at one end that required re-work, and still is not very good-looking.
