  • I’m not satisfied with Provider name locked. Company.  Although I did use them twice and I was not happy.  I came to know from Angie’s List that I wrote a letter of appreciation for them.  However, I did not write that letter.  The owner of the business, Amaris asked me when she was here to write a letter.  I told her okay but I didn’t write a letter because I was not really pleased.  However, I had liked them enough to use them for the second time.  They were supposed to come back for another job in three weeks.  When I called them they told me that they were busy.  They came the second time in April 27th.  I shouldn’t have used them.  I feel like I was way overcharged.  They charged me $1750 to clean my house.  I paid them.  They used my vacuum cleaner.  I did try to use my vacuum cleaner last week and its not picking up.  My son just took a look at it yesterday and it was all popped up and the belt was broken underneath.  It wasn’t working for me.  The last time one of the cleaners wanted to use it, the dust bag at the back of the unit was too full and I told her that it needs to be emptied first.  She told me that she is allergic to dust and animals.  I have a cat and she told me she was allergic to cats.  She asked me to put it outside.  I have had this cat since he was seven months old.  This is not an outside cat; it is strictly an indoor cat and is afraid of people.  I told her to forget to about that which she didn’t like.  I had to leave to go to the doctor and my sister was going to be here while I was gone.  I told the cleaning lady not to open the closet whatever happens.  My cat was in the closet and should not be let out as long as they were in here.  However, she opened the closet door, in fact shortly after I left and my cat was out running around while they were moping in the bin.  He was sliding all over the bin and my sister told me that they were all laughing at my cat.  My cat was just really terrified.  I thought I would have to take him to the emergency vet that night.  My cat was totally traumatized.  When I talked to Amaris about this, she was just really belligerent.  She was saying that the cleaning lady was trying to shampoo the carpet and it hit the door and it opened.  I know that had to scare my cat as it had to be a lot of noise; I know he was really afraid.  That just truly upset me.  The cleaning lady didn’t really tell me that, I came to know of this when I called Amaris.  She said I waited eight months to call her about this because she forgot that they had been back here in April.  I’m now hesitant to get anybody out here to do my cleaning.  I have never had anybody out to do this before.  My house had never been in that shape before.  I had no business trying to take care of any business at that time that’s the lesson I have learnt.  However, my house was a mess and that’s why I hired them.  The cleaning ladies used my mop, my broom when they were supposed to use their own equipments and products.  I had some good products and I did give them permission to use my products.  While they were cleaning in the kitchen I had a big box of Provider name locked. loaf and instead of leaving it in the box, they took it out and put it in the can.  I had a box of coffee mix; they took that off the box and poured in a plastic container in the refrigerator.  I had bar soap in the bathroom which they unwrapped and dumped in freezer bag.  I couldn’t understand why they did that, it was in a wrapper.  They did stuff that didn’t make sense to me.  They were not professional.  My cat’s litter box is in the bathroom and his litter had got right in the doorway.  I told them several times that it was litter and that it needs to be vacuumed up before they put water on it.  They didn't listen and they stained my carpet.  Amaris told me to replace the carpet.  I can’t afford to do that; I’m on a fixed income.  In the $1700 charge that I paid, there was supposed to be a $400 charge for them to hire a professional carpet cleaning machine.  They never did that.  They got a carpet cleaner rented from a near by store.  I would never use anything like that on my carpet.  I’m a neat person.  When I had my carpet installed, I bought a carpet cleaner which was supposed to be real good.  However, I gave it to my son because I no longer could use it.  My carpet cleaner would have done a better job.  The little stains got to be bigger stains after they cleaned with the locally rented cleaner.  I feel like they took advantage of me.  They seem to be nice people but I have nothing good to say about them.  As far as their work went I Provider name locked. ’t think they were professional cleaners because I couldn’t see them taking my stuff.  I’m by myself and I Provider name locked. ’t use a lot of it.  I’m not pleased with them at all.  My sister even sent them an email about it but they never got back.  First day when they came in February they spent six hours and the next day they spent another four hours cleaning.  That was really a lot of money for what they did.  I noticed that they didn’t even touch the cabinet under the sink.  They were three people but they didn’t do as much I thought they were going to do. I'm never having them back again.

  • We hired Provider name locked. to clean our 4,000sq ft warehouse. After one or two phone conversations, and a brief visit at our warehouse, we agreed on the price, as well as what service were to be done. Our warehouse was previously a woodworking shop, so there is a ton of sawdust and dust in general leftover. The initial phone conversations were great, and they seemed super on top of what was going on. We prepped for three days in order to make sure that everything was out of the way and that all areas were easily accessible. 3 ladies arrived promptly at 8am, ready for work, but quickly realized this was a much more daunting task then they were hired out for. After a full day of cleaning, the dust that was present everywhere, was just around. It wasn't necessarily cleaned, and it wasn't spotless like we were promised. Essentially we just hired 3 people to come in and sweep. At the end of the day, the 3 ladies, who to their credit did work SUPER hard at a difficult situation, voiced their opinion that their boss did not quote the job properly, and felt they provided a service based off of what the job was quoted. Of course we were promised a whole different service all together.... After much back and forth with the ladies and their boss, the ladies came back the next day and took wet rags to our walls, and removed much of the dust. The ladies did their job well, so i credit them for that. They also showed up on time like they said they would. However our problem was how the situation was presented. We were told one thing, the crew was told another. It's not good business practice plain and Provider name locked. . Also a cleaning service/crew that doesn't have their own cleaning supplies?! that was another big issue. Although the ladies who were there working were pleasant and worked hard, it was much the oppisite for everyone involved with my shop, and we feel that this was not a proffesional cleaning service at all. Homes and bathrooms may be one thing, but cleaning warehouses is not their specialty.

  • They were great and incredibly thorough. They were very expensive. They moved furniture and they pulled up carpet, it was moving in type cleaning. It was worth it but it was very expensive. They went to town. We're going to use them again.
