  • The technician came as promised and said I needed to order a new part. The total cost for the service call, part, and installation was only about 100 dollars cheaper than a replacement, but it was a relatively new oven so I agreed. He told me they would call me to have it installed when the part came in. I let him know that the next week would not work for me, and he said I could arrange another time. When they called for the installation, I told them I needed to reschedule. The person I spoke with told me they couldn't provide me a window for when they might show up. Later in the conversation, she said she could give me a time on November 8th after 12pm, but could not guarantee what time. I made arrangements to be off work on that afternoon and canceled my dog sitter for that day. The morning of the 8th, the original technician called to confirm the 9-12 window for that morning. I explained that I had made an appointment for that afternoon. He asked me who I spoke to in and made patronizing comments about why I couldn't remember the person's name. He told me he wouldn't be coming that afternoon because that is not how they work. This was also delivered in a patronizing tone. I called later and spoke to the manager who also said they would not be out that day and did apologize for the miscommunication and agreed to refund my original 119 dollar service call. These people lack a customer service orientation and apparently make their schedules around their convenience. I was able to go online with Lowe's and get a new over for about for a couple hundred dollars more as well as speak to them on the phone to get a convenient delivery time that met my schedule. Don't use ASI Appliance if you are expecting good customer service.

  • Repairs were made after 2nd visit. The owner showed up at 3rd visit and had neglected to ever mention that repairs/parts would be so expensive! Both items were $2800 to repair! I could have replaced the microwave for that! One week after the ‘repair’ the ice maker broke again. My husband tried to talk with the owner concerning exorbitant charges, with no notification in advance of such costs. Additionally, the repair person broke off some of my cabinetry when reinstalling the built in microwave. The owner who came to collect the money kept telling me about his sister who lived down the street and how rich they were. I guess he used that to gouge us!

  • Andy did not do installs of microwaves. However, I was also looking for an electrician and he directed me to a gentlemen he knew. All he asked is that if that person came to do some work, to please call him back and let him know how it went. He wanted to make sure any referral he gave out was met with quality. I can respect that greatly. I did that, he was very polite and said that if there were other things in the house, to please let him know. And I will.

  • It took two visits, but I was not charged an additional service fee for the second visit which was necessary to replace the ice maker. Mr. Archer was courteous and professional. He told me that within the warranty period, should I have any issues with the machine, to please let him have the opportunity to resolve my issue/s.

  • The technician found that the control board was bad.And he ordered new part and will come back within a week(with the new part)to fix the oven. The real review will be after the problem ix fixed. So far it looks good. Thanks

  • This washer and dryer were moved from Florida to Texas. It was working in Florida and when it arrived here in Houston it would not complete a cycle. I called for a repair, thinking a connection was loose or something from the move. When the technician arrived (did not have a set time had to be by my phone until he called -company policy), the washer started working (totally get that- murphy's law). He did open it up and checked everything, seemed to be fine. He was also scheduled to install a dryer vent ( I had the parts). He actually did not have to install it, as my vent was an adjustable kind, and he just connected it to the dryer. Total time at my location for the "repair" was 12 minutes. Service person was competent, nice enough. Standard pricing was just outrageous for not having to make any repairs or do an actual install. If you decide to use them confirm your minimum price before they even arrive, it may make you pause.

  • Edward was incredibly responsive and professional. My refrigerator was on the fritz and he made some time and came in the same day as my request for a quote. Unfortunately the part needed for the replacement was out of stock in the Houston area. However, he helped me order the part, and explained the steps to finish the repair myself. Once the part came in, the fix was made and the fridge is running just fine again. Overall, it was a good experience. Edward provided good service, it was just unfortunate that the job could not be finished that day, but he did what he could to ensure it could be finished promptly. He only charged for his hour of labor to diagnose the issue. I would hire Edward again.

  • Edward was very prompt in responding back & scheduling an appointment for the next day. He quickly found a piece of glass stuck in the motor that drains the dishwasher. Diagnostic charge of $100 seemed fair.

  • Pedro came out on time (I think he gave me a short window, an hour or less, not 2 or 3 hours), figured out what was wrong in less than half-an-hour, got the part within an hour, and fixed it that day. Less than 2 hours total. He also cleaned out the lint built up in the dryer, due to the outlet flow being blocked. I think the dryer works better than it did before. Much cheaper than a new dryer!

  • Overall it went great! The service technicians were on time for both the initial appointment and follow up repair appointment and were very professional and courteous throughout. Everything was explained up front and the final price matched the quoted repair price. You can tell that they are really focused on customer satisfaction and I would definitely hire again in the future
