  • I arrived early as requested to complete initial paperwork, and then waited until approximately 32 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before asking receptionist/office manager to shred my file. Hygienists and dentist entered waiting area numerous times to get/engage with other patients that had entered. Not once did anyone acknowledge that they were behind, nor give me an estimated waiting time and the choice to decide whether I was okay with waiting accordingly, until I indicated that I was leaving. The receptionist was pleasant and at that time, indicated that she thought it would be about five more minutes and stated that the problem was related to the other dentist being on vacation. I knew that there was no way for office staff to make that determination from the waiting area. I am a speech language pathologist and have worked in out patient settings in the past. A wait longer than 15 minutes without some sort of notice, when you have a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. I selected this office due to the positive reviews and proximity. The dental service may be supreme. I have no idea.

  • Anyone who has experienced a good, well run, professional office with doctors who understand how to communicate openly with patients, including families with children, would instantly recognize this as a very poorly run, cookie-cutter like operation. In our case, Doctor Glazman and her supporting staff were particularly unprofessional. She failed to clearly convey to our family that they were actually refusing to do an extraction and filling for my nervous son. Rather than being straightforward, she left my wife with a referral to get a second opinion and establish comfort in treatment with a pediatric dentist. But when we decided to go back to Doctor Glazman, after discussing and clearing the appointment with the staff in a lengthy phone call, they both failed to follow through with Doctor Glazman, and Doctor Glazman flatly refused to treat my son. Lots of running around, stress, etc. Tooth still not extracted.

  • We are happy with the dentist. I have been going to him for years. The practice is Dr. Wermick & Dym. I have been going to them for at least 20 years. I have been with him for a long time. He takes his time. He explains things to you. You know that he is trying to do things like that the insurance is going to cover and he can hold of if it does. He communicates a lot. I never had any problems. I definitely will use them again in the future for my dental needs.

  • I contacted Dela Dental and they told me that all of the dentists are Delta PREMIER providers and that only one periodontist( not a general dentist) is a Delta PPO provider ! Blue Back Dental 's web site is misleading! When I called Kristen their office mgr back, she was totally defensive and lacked empathy. In fact she really didn't t appear to know about the insurances. Anyway.0, she was curt and snippy. Trust me, if she had handled the situation differently ( empathy, understanding apologetic) I wouldn't be sending thus scathing review. She said and quot; I thought you came to this iffice because you were referredand quot;. What the heck dies that have to do with anything? Avoid the m they are misleading! Or, they don't know about dental insurance!

  • He's wonderful! He's skilled, honest, punctual, and if he can't do something he'll tell you. My entire family prefers him! I've never had to wait long to get in, either. The office seems to be run well and efficiently.

  • I was in much pain when I called them, never having visited them before. They took me right in on a Saturday morning and took excellent care of me. I am extremely impressed with the entire experience and highly recommend them. (Note: I went to their Rocky Hill office.)

  • The office staff are pleasant enough but the dentist was really cagey about the cost of treatment and he did not make it clear to me what he was doing before he started.  I didn't know I was getting a root canal until after it happened.  He tried to pressure me into having the second root canal done right there and then.  I had to ask 5 times for a quote for the work.  I ended up leaving and am going to get a second opinion from someone else.  I don't know why they didn't see the second problem the first time.  The office is in a grim basement.
