    The van was finished earlier than expected and cam out fantastic. Extra effort was ut into fixing my 2005 van ad it looked great. The price was better than anywhere else and the service was the best around. The owner and staff were outstanding. I bought my daughter's car in next for a paint job and some body work. Her car was completed again earlier than expected and again for a price that was unbelievably fantastic. Nutmeg Auto in East Hartford is he place to go to when you're looking for an honest deal. They have outstanding, superior service and impeccable integrity. They stand by their work and the deals they make with you. When you are quoted a price, that's the price you pay. Never met an auto place that I could completely trust until I met Pat at Nutmeg Auto. Nutmeg Auto is also Veteran Friendly Finding out that I was a veteran Pat gave mea nice discount in my price. They also have some really nice cars for sale on the lot too. I you're looking for aa honest car dealer or body shop Nutmeg should be your firs and only stop. I highly recommend Nutmeg Auto in East Hartford if anyone is looking for a car, body work, or new pint job on their vehicle. Both my vehicles look like new and my daughter is extremely happy with her car.

    The WORST experience I had in my life and the MOST REGRETTABLE MISTAKE of my life is buying my vehicle from them. Let me start with the first day: The sales people are completely unprofessional who behave rudely and offensive as if they are some dealership not from planet earth when customers try to ask for a better price. They will ask you to sign documents during the purchase which contradict their claims that the dealership fees are non-negotiable while the documents that you sign clearly say"this fee is negotiable". When you reach out to them, they will simply say "oh! we would have decreased the price by some 10 dollars, so it is non-negotiable". Then the bank manager who should approve my loan says:"The documents you signed on your purchase day and the documents they sent for me to review and issue a check have different purchase order numbers and different charges for the registration. They look like a shady practice". The bank manager had to spend at least 2 hours to get in touch with the finance manager who says"We are sorry for this. We only provided an estimate on the day of purchase and today we are providing a better estimate and will refund him the balance amount". I insisted to the finance manager at the Hoffman Audi that I will pay them if there are additional charges but for now to go ahead with the initial purchase order number to avoid this confusion with the loan officer at the bank. The finance manager agreed with me but did not change it. So I was like it is ok losing just a couple of hundred dollars is okay. So when the vehicle was delivered, my temporary registration paper was a plain A4 size regular copy paper pasted INSIDE of my car glass that looked the worst for any body who looks at the Audi as a symbol of pride. When I contacted the sales person why the temporary registration paper is not the regular water-proof paper that is sticked on the number plate OUTSIDE the car, they replied saying"It does not matter, you will have your license plate in no time". 1 month passed: When it is time for my full registration and license plates to arrive, the Hoffman Audi group did not register my vehicle on time and the temporary registration expired. I had to use rental car/uber to go to work as my temporary registration expired. Believe me, de spite owning a car I had to rent car not for pleasure but because I purchased from such a nasty group. Then I will have to tell you another embarrassing thing: When I bought the car they have failed to provide a second key for my car and told they will mail it to me within 1 week. But days passed, weeks passed, months passed and I did not receive my key. When I try to get in touch with sales person who sold the vehicle, they will never pick my call but then text me later saying they were busy and that they are working on my issue. When I finally manage to get in contact with the sales person he replies "I am just a sales person and unfortunately after the vehicle is sold I cannot do much". After this huge painstaking process, multiple phone calls and attempts to reach out to them, they told they have ordered the key and once it gets there, they will mail it to me but I have to go another Audi showroom near me and pay a 80-100 dollar fee to get it activated which they "will refund"[who knows]. So the bottom line is, Hoffman Audi is the worst group you should think buying your vehicle from. In case you think you are the spokes person for all the happiness in the world, then you should go and try buying vehicle from them and I am sure you will end up becoming a different person who has to deal with major embarrassments and stupid answers from a bunch of stupid people.

    They've always treated us very well. They are very honest and it's refreshing. When you go there you don't hear any swearing and it's a family run business. They quality of work is excellent. I appreciated his work and his promptness and attention to me and whatever my problem is. They are always very responsive and very good.

    We had just sold our home in Connecticut and were still in  the process of buying our new home in Georgia.  We were in a hotel when the drive came to pick up our car on the date we requested.

    We were in a hotel in Georgia when they delivered our car to us on the date promised.  Everything was in great shape and we were able to get around and finish buying our new home.

    I have little knowledge of how a car works. When a problem occurs, I become nervous not knowing how serious it is, so I take my car to Ken at Talcott Transmission. Ken is able to explain the problem in a way that I can understand. Ken and his crew are competent, reliable and trustworthy - they fix the problem at an honest price. When it comes to my car, Ken and Talcott Transmission are my ���go to��� guys.

    I had such a good experience  - nice, honest people who did a beautiful job on the repair and did it on time. I called late on Friday close to closing time, and asked if I could stop in for a quick consult/estimate, and Brian said he'd stick around until I got there. He looked at the car immediately when I arrived and provided an estimate on the spot. Compared to the estimate provided by the dealer, this was almost half. I asked when we could schedule it and he said right away/whenever was convenient and as I tried to figure out when I could expect to coordinate a ride etc., he offered to drop me off at my home if I wanted to leave it there immediately, which I did. What service!
    They did an immaculate job, and were very transparent, honest and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    At the time of vehicle purchase I also bought service contracts (Auto Armor, NSD Platinum Protection and Factory Wrap+Plus Care).  through Crowley Ford's finance manager. 
    In August of 2014 I traded the truck and subsequently met with Crowley's finance manager regarding the refund provisions of the service contracts.  He explained that there would be two separate refunds, one of roughly $1600 and the other of $115.  I received and deposited the first of these ($1653) in November of 2014.  I waited to hear regarding the second check but heard nothing.  Over time, I telephoned and emailed the manager but heard nothing back from him.  I sent emails as well and tried to contact them via their website complaint process, and on 12/7/2015 sent an email to the designated representative for Mr. Crowley.  In each case no one has responded. If there was a glitch or if my refund request was unwarranted i would have expected at least the courtesy of a reply.  This has been very disappointing.

    Services and all the work was well explained and completed in a timely manner.  John did the work but all the men working there are great and have tons of experience.  It's hard to go get your car worked on and not feel like you might be getting ripped off so I'm fortunate to have a mechanic I can trust and who does great, reliable work
