Colt Eppley and Scott Bortner were very professional and friendly, when I asked questions they answered promptly . Had one slight problem, and it was fixed next day. The crew was prompt (Mike Smith, Mike Shue, Kyle Weaver and Zach Barnes) and got to work immediately! Yes, I paid a lot for this awning but the product was more than I expected. It is very well constructed and attractive! But, these guys were the best! So friendly, yet professional. I enjoyed talking to them and would welcome them to do ANY work at my property! The sales rep, Jordan, was excellent, the price was good. the next day Nate came to measure the opening. He said he had some time before his next appointment, and volunteered to clean up glass and old doors so I wouldn't have to wait until the new ones arrived. Brian did the installation. FDutch Quality, IncDutch Quality performed extensive remodeling, including installation of a very expensive cedar roof. Dutch Quality’s use of improper roofing nails caused the shingles to fall off after less than 15 years. Properly installed cedar roofing typically lasts at least 50 years. AI was most impressed with Jason and his crew. Besides being very personable, they clearly know their stuff. The work was finished on time, budget appropriate, and every night I came home to a totally cleaned-up area. The quality of the work was excellent despite having at the last minute to change and revise our plans for the week. Jason was very communicative in learning about our needs and meeting them. AHomeRite of Central PA was an exceptional choice for us. Work was performed and finished in May 2019. Jared (Sales) visited to discuss options with us; he was professional, very friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and no pressure what so ever. Install was performed by Kyle. He was also very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and professional; he seemed to be a "ninja" at his skill and quality of construction/carpentry craftsmanship. Work was performed as described and expected. Everything was done within a few hours, and the clean up made it seem as if nothing ever happened. We did get visits/quotes from others; however, the next cheapest was twice the cost of HomeRite. Our new front entry door and shutters look beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend HomeRite of Central PA.
