Everything went great. Brian is a very nice takes time to explain what he is going to do and explains options for any future preventative measures that can be done to prevent future clogs from occurring. Will definitely call Brian again for any future issues. Very reliable and trustworthy. $190 price included extra $50 because he came out on Sunday morning.

We received a letter from the township that the sewer lateral was leaking ground water into the main. Since the house was under contract and the settlement date was a week away we need a price on repairing the lateral. The company responded very quickly, met me at the house and provided a quote with a very short time window. The price was astronomically high, higher then I could even justify. Now I know that businesses are free to set their own pricing but they were 68% higher than another reputable company that I ended up choosing. Just make sure you get a second bid before making a choice of contractors.
I would not have submitted a bad review were the price even reasonable.

These guys were amazing! We discovered that we had a blocked main sewer on Sunday night. We called first thing Monday morning and they were at our house by 9am. The drain was open an hour later. The tech even swept all the blackwater out of our garage when he was done. Superior service, excellent price and quality work!

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
It went well! I called in the afternoon and they could get me in the next morning! The lady on the phone was nice and professional. They called prior to arrival, which was on time. They thoroughly cleaned the main drainage pipe, which was found to clog due to multiple valleys in the pipe. They cleaned up after themselves too. Would use again!

I cannot say enough. I messaged for service, described the problem, and gave my contact information. By 7:36 the next morning, I had a reply to my message, and by 7:39 am, I had a phone call. We arranged for service the next day. The plumber was tied up with a service call before me that took unexpectedly longer than anticipated. The office kept me informed all day, but ultimately arranged for the plumber to come after business hours to hold up their end of the commitment. After a very long day for him, he arrived as unfatigued and as pleasant as if I was the first call of the day. He explained everything, endured a thousand paranoid questions from me, tolerated my hyperviligilence on everything, and worked steadily. Of course, the problem was easily solved and I had made a mountain out of a mole hill. He cleaned up everything spotlessly and still apologized for not doing a good enough job, even though I couldn't understand when he was referring to. He gave great, reasonable recommendations on plumbing maintenance and timelined other plumbing-related projects we might want to consider. The whole experience was a relief and now, we have a great, reliable plumber we can call on instead of panicking. What could be better?

Called on Wednesday the 22nd.  They were there early in the morning to perform the work on the 23rd.
Called in advance to let us know the service tech was on the way.
    Professional, no muss, no fuss.
Another contractor had said the sanitary line was hopelessly plugged and would have to be replaced (at a cost in several thousand dollars.)  Drain doctor did the work for $175.00
ADVICE:  ALWAYS get a second (or third) opinion for work to be done.  If I hadn't I would have spent over $5000.00 for work that actually cost $175.00
I'd hire these people again any time sanitary line work needs done.

Drain Doctors did a great job helping me out as my main sewer line was clogged.  I called on Thursday and they showed up to do the job on Friday.  Brandon was very professional and I also pointed out I had a leaking water pipe.  $175.00 is their standard price for the main sewer line and he only charged me an extra $100.00 to fix my water pipe.  Brandon saved me a DIY project and I appreciate him taking the time to do the extra work.  I will continue to use Drain Doctors when needed.

    Lancaster Plumbing Heating & Cooling
We chose this company based on a $99 promotion and good rating. Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect. The techs showed up on time. They were very friendly and courteous. They immediately slipped on boot covers upon entering the home. I explained/showed them the problem. They immediately got to work on clearing the line. Once finished they explained what they did and what they found. They also did not leave behind any mess, in fact they cleaned up some mess that was left behind from a previous plumbing company that I hadn't gotten to yet. These guys seemed very knowledgeable and to care about the work they perform. I would definitely recommend these guys.

    Construxx Inc
I was happy with the first time they serviced our house of which they cleaned up our floor drain and ran a snake from clean out toward street.  They recommended that if the back up occurs again that an additional clean out should be installed and a camera should be run.  They informed me at that time I could get a copy of the video for my records.  About two to three months later our floor drain backed up again so I called Construxx back.  This was the second time this company performed service at our home. I had them as they recommended prior, to install a clean out and run the camera from that new clean out to the existing clean out and then from the existing clean out to the street sewer drop.
The gentlemen first installed the clean out of which the first tool he used which was meant to break the pipe cleanly of which it made the pipe break in little pieces and cave in.  So the pipe had to be cut using a tool with a circular blade.  After the clean out was installed the camera was run to the other clean out.  I watch as he explained that there was turtling (as explained b/c of the pipe rusting from within and possibly from previous owners using drano causes buildup on the inside of the pipe resembling turtle shell looking objects) within the pipe and there were signs of sewer flies.  I was informed that the pipe was compromised and recommended it be replaced.  I asked how much it would be and I was told instantly $6,000 or they could run a pipe along the wall and reconnect it outside and that would be more b/c of having to use machinery to dig a hole outside my house.
Next the camera was run from original clean out to the street.  About three quarters of the way out I inquired about providing me a copy of the video and it was then that i was informed that it was not being recorded and that he could see if he had a blank tape and could record the rest of it from there out.  I didn't realize that their machine only recorded on VHS tapes.  Who owns a VCR any more.  I was irritated but let it go but should have made them rerun the pipe again.
After that was done I went to pay the bill to find out that he added $25 to what was quoted to me b/c the pipe he cut gave him a hard time so he felt the additional charge was warranted??  Again im pretty easy going and let it go.  I reminded him that I did want an official estimate for both options discussed to fix the pipe.
I started to call other plumbers the following week and informed them
what I needed done and asked if they would come out and give me an estimate.  All of the companies I spoke with asked to see the video of which I proceeded to inform them I didn't have one and why.  I asked all of the companies I spoke with what they charge for their camera service and how they provide back up and they all were priced the same as Constuxx and they all stated that they would either provide me with  Jump drive copy or email me the video for my records.
I called contruxx back later the following week.  I voiced my concerns and asked them to rerun the camera and record it this time thinking I could have the video converted to a DVD or jump drive.  I also informed them I still didn't receive an official estimate and was informed they would get with the office to have that out to me.   With some push back and hesitation the tech did agree  to come back out to rerun the pipe however when they called about stopping by they left a message and I called back left another message and since have not heard from them and I still never received an estimate.

I noticed my shared sewer line backing up. Called the company late on Monday and they came out first thing Wednesday morning. While the initial attempt to clear the drain with the auger was unsuccessful due to a heavy amount of roots, they immediately left and returned with a sewer jet and cleared the blockage and cleaned up afterwards. They did not leave me hanging.
