Along the way he made suggestions that ultimately led to a better job that was completed is a shorter time and under budget! He did a whole home remodel that was previously destroyed by renters. When Ronnie was done it looked like the model home it once was. We got a sales contract within 24 hours in a large part due to his dedication. FThe estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.

ATwo workers showed up at the allotted time. After enlarging the opening for the new window and setting the new window, the company worker left. The remaining person (assume it was a subcontractor) , finished the trim work outside but ran in to a problem with the interior trim. Casing and sill were not the right size. He tried but wasn't able to make it work. Despite the problem, the company reps contacted us immediately and scheduled a person to arrive in two days with the correct sized materials and finish the work. The person did arrive as promised and finished the installation of the interior trim. We're satisfied with the results and more than satisfied with their customer service.

CIt took a few tries to get Dean out due to running long on a prior job, once he did make it, we spent an hour making a list, taking measurements, recommending additional things that should be done. He said he'd try to get the estimate done in 48 hours. That was the last we heard so we hired another company. I don't know what the disconnect was- the office staff is lovely on the phone, Dean was very personable, seemed very capable. We just fell through the cracks of being busy i guess.

The work was finished on time, budget appropriate, and every night I came home to a totally cleaned-up area.
