We knew when someone was coming to measure, when to expect the windows, and how to prepare for installation. Emails, text messages, and phone calls kept us informed about the progress of our order and the dates for installation. We had adequate time to prepare for installation. The installation team arrived on schedule and were a delight to have on our property. We soon felt like they were friends and not just technicians doing a job. AShadel Roofing & SidingI had an amazing experience with Shadel Roofing! We had a new roof installed on house, garage, front, and back porches. Also had gutters and gutter guards installed, along with four skylights. The guys were so polite and courteous, communicated any issues, cleaned up every bit of debris, worked hard all day long, and produced an amazing looking roof. ABlue Ribbon Exteriors LLCHad the roof, gutters and siding replaced. A lot of work removing the old and installing the new. The crew of 4 showed up every day till the entire job was done. Never was I left hanging with a no show day. Very happy with entire process. Also important, the original estimate is what I paid. No cost over runs. Did have to have them return for some minor corrections and they quickly responded. I'd recommend Blue Ribbon and hire them again. AAROCON Roofing & ConstructionThe company was professional, responsive and competent overall. When the job was done the only thing I noticed was new gutters. Excellent clean up. In particular the estimator, Rick Harris, provided me valuable guidance in terms of issues I had with my old gutters. They were 5 inch and could not adequately accomodate the water flow from th type of roof I have. I had a problem with overflow and a black reisdue on the outside of the gutters from this. He recommended 6 inch gutters. The price on these was still under the estimates I had from other companies for 5 inch gutters- Patrick G.

DI would not hire this company again no matter what. I have never had so many broken promises and excuses from anyone. They took the deposit on Sept. 17, 2020 and then kept making excuses as to why they couldn't come and do the work. At one point they even said they were not going to do the work at all. I threatened to post everywhere possible bad reviews and finally got someone to show up at the beginning of December. The work that was completed was good enough but they only did half the job. They were supposed to work on two properties and only did one. I also asked for the extra materials that I paid for and they left none but did leave wood they didn't want and will now how to get rid of it. They tried getting more than half the money out of me before completing the first job but I only gave them exactly half. I have never heard from them again. They are complete liars. If you want them, get EVERYTHING in writing with dates of completion, etc.

AVery professional and friendly people. The detailed quote was the only detailed one I received out of 5 other roofers. The materials in the quote contained information about everything that would be done, as well as information about the materials being used. It even had information in case of unexpected costs/repairs. They ran into an issue with our siding and they still were able to perform the work needed in about 5 hours! They also returned calls and texts promptly. I am very pleased with this company and the quality of work done.
