Excellent! Amazing! Finally a great company! The installers were fantastic. They were fast! The salesman was excellent! He was honest with us. He was not just trying to get extra money out of us. I highly recommend this company! The railings look absolutely beautiful. Thank you Provider name locked. !

.I had removed most of the old rotten wooden railing (about 15 ft), leaving the 4x4 posts (still good). One post had to be dug up and re-inserted as the railing rails only allowed for 6ft separation between posts and one post was at 77". After this correction, the installation proceeded quickly.
As the installation was almost ending, I noticed that the crew had neglected to install some minor trim, which they did not think were necessary, but quickly added them.
In my younger years, I was an avid DIYer, but felt that my skills had waned and that I did not have the necessary tools to properly install this railing system. If I had been doing the job, I would have made one or two minor changes in the installation, but the differences were not enough to reject the job.
I was initially quoted a set amount for 2 men for 2 hours and then a cost per man per hour. The men arrived at 9 am and were finished by noon. When I spoke with Provider name locked. to establish the final cost, I was advised that he was charging me $250 for a 1/2 day job (slightly more than the previously agreed upon hourly rate). I accepted the change and asked to pay by Credit Card (also previously agreed on), and was told that it would cost him too much for him to accept a Credit Card, but that I could use PayPal. I did pay him by PayPal.
I have emailed him twice requesting an Invoice with his Letterhead for my records, but have not received this Invoice copy.
I would not use Provider name locked. for the reasons stated in the last two paragraphs.

These guys are good.
Estimator was easy to work with, was up front and answered all my questions. Quick, friendly response. Bid came in lower than I expected!
Two day job. One day to set the posts in concrete (Tuesday) and a second day to install the chain link and gates (Friday). Each part took 4-5 hours.
The best part was that I saw a potential problem in the location of the fence posts. I have dogs and it looked like there was a gap that one of my dogs could easily squeeze through. They saw the same problem and had already figured out a way to handle it even before I brought it to their attention!
They also took down an existing gate that the new fence replaced.
Prompt, friendly, efficient, competant. What more could you ask for?
