The virtual presentation worked well for us and the presenter was a competent communicator who knew how to relate to my wife and I. Each person involved in the process was friendly and professional. We knew when someone was coming to measure, when to expect the windows, and how to prepare for installation. Emails, text messages, and phone calls kept us informed about the progress of our order and the dates for installation. We had adequate time to prepare for installation. The installation team arrived on schedule and were a delight to have on our property. We soon felt like they were friends and not just technicians doing a job. The team worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. The windows look great and create a quiet draft-free environment. Window Nation made a positive impression on my wife and I. CIt took a few tries to get Dean out due to running long on a prior job, once he did make it, we spent an hour making a list, taking measurements, recommending additional things that should be done. He said he'd try to get the estimate done in 48 hours. That was the last we heard so we hired another company. I don't know what the disconnect was- the office staff is lovely on the phone, Dean was very personable, seemed very capable. We just fell through the cracks of being busy i guess.

ATwo workers showed up at the allotted time. After enlarging the opening for the new window and setting the new window, the company worker left. The remaining person (assume it was a subcontractor) , finished the trim work outside but ran in to a problem with the interior trim. Casing and sill were not the right size. He tried but wasn't able to make it work. Despite the problem, the company reps contacted us immediately and scheduled a person to arrive in two days with the correct sized materials and finish the work. The person did arrive as promised and finished the installation of the interior trim. We're satisfied with the results and more than satisfied with their customer service.

AThey did a great job. 5 people showed up at 7:30 and were done by 1:00. Other than 2 nails in the garden, you wouldn't have known they were there. I do think it is strange that the website shows all these white people that run the business and not one person on the crew spoke english very well, some not at all. Only thing that drives me a little nuts is looking out my bedroom window at the garage and seeing the ridgevent curving to the right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
