    Built-Rite Well Drilling Co
Called and left message and Brian called me back within a couple of hours. He showed up the next morning and quickly determined I had a broken wire in the well leading to the pump. They pulled the submerged pump (about 400 ft) checked all the wiring and repaired the broken section. They shocked chlorinated the well to ensure no bacteria would be in the sytem prior to leaving. Very professional and curtious will definitely recommend to others.

Johns Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc
Johns Plumbing did a great job diagnosing the problem and quickly replacing the worn out sewer pump with one they had in stock on a Saturday evening.  They came out  soon after the initial call to report water backed up in our basement washer and dryer room.  Thanks for quick and efficient job.

    Custom Electric & Plumbing Inc
The installation went very well. The installer did an excellent job and made sure everything was working fine before he left. I was very impressed from start to finish with his professionalism.
The owner worked with me on the pricing and was very understanding with MY mistake when we agreed on terms for the installation. The experience left me feeling great and more than just another customer. I have used Custom Electric several times and plan on doing so in the foreseeable future.
I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that need residential work.

    Hogan'S Well Repair
We called Hogan's Well Repair this morning because we were having problems with our water. Lynn Hogan said he was on a job and had another one to go to and he would call us back later .He called me around 3:20 PM and asked if we still needed someone to look at problem and I told him yes. He said he would be here in 20 to 30 minutes and he was right on time. He assessed the problem and said he could fix it in about 30 minutes which was music to my ears. It was fixed in about 30 minutes as he said. He was very professional and did a great job. We checked the water before he left and everything was working just fine. I appreciate him getting this done on such a short notice. I called another company and they said they would try and get here today but they were really busy. They said they would call back but never did.

    Hall Well Drilling, Inc.
Eight years ago I had moved into a home and had to have a New Well put in ,because I also ran a business from my home to that required me to have to change some things to get my business licences . I started to look at prices and Well companies in my area I was told by a friend to check out Hall Well drilling ,they said i would be please with their work and price . I called them and in the end I went with this company . Best decisions I have made on a project that can be costly and a lot of work . No only was their price good but they had a wonderful staff and the owners David and Sharon Grant where some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with .They went above and beyond to help me and to explain all the details of what goes into digging a well. Then last year my water stopped one day and so after a friend told me it was most likely my well I called them and in the same day they where out here to fix the problem . It turned out to have nothing to do with my well but to do with duke power they didnt charge me anything and I wasted a couple of hours of there already busy day . No charge and then this week My water  pressure went down I called a plumber and it was determined that it was a cracked pipe in the well . The plumbing company wanted to charge me a lot of money to replace it . I called David and they fixed the problem right away and charged a quarter of the price i was quoted by the plumbing company . they are the nicest people to deal with and they stand behind their work and will go the extra mile for you in everything . I will only use them for any job to do with my well always. THE BEST EVER!!! Very Happy customer ,Lore Hudson

    Custom Electric & Plumbing Inc
We were and still are very happy with the work Custom Electric of NC did in our Sum Room addition and Kitchen renovation last Fall.  We added multiple lighting fixtures in the kitchen including recessed. pendant, and under the cabinet lights which made it a more enjoyable living area. The winter that followed was quite severe with several storms during which we lost electrical power. Fortunately, we had a generator and Custom Electric designed and installed a new generator panel with the electrical circuits we wanted for emergency use.  Thus, when we lost power, the generator allowed us keep our central  gas furnace, our refrigerator, freezer, and several appliances such as the coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave functioning.  While many Greensboro homes were cold and dark, we stayed warm and comfortable. The generator and the generator setup and panel that Custom Electric installed proved to be a godsend.   We would highly recommend Custom Electric for any electrical work.

    Soggy Bottom Waterproofing
Although I didn't have the installation done by Soggy Bottom, Tony's quote seemed reasonable and he was very knowledgeable and informative on the procedures that I needed to cure my water problem in my basement.

    Hayden & Sons Plumbing
We have used this business in the past with good results, however, the latest problem we had was with hardly any water pressure/flow in the house.  At their first visit, they installed a new valve where the water enters the home, which did not solve the problem.  We were told to contact the city to check their readings at the street, we did, and the city found nothing wrong.  We had actually contacted the city already, but, requested they check again.  Again, they found no problem.  In the house, we only had enough water pressure/flow to use 1 faucet at a time.  The shower was barely a trickle.  The problem kept getting worse.  A second visit by the provider, where the city testing results were provided, resulted in the request that the city contact them to discuss the issue, which the city would not do.  The last visit was on 5/23/14 just before the holiday weekend.  We were left all weekend with barely any water flow in the home and the answer was they did not know what the problem was.  Instead of digging deeper into the problem or contacting peers, we were left with hardly any water flow in the home throughout the holiday weekend.  We contacted a different provider on Tuesday 5-27, he came out and had the problem solved in 30 minutes.  We had been dealing with this problem for 2 weeks already.  It was a clogged filter issue.  Hayden and Sons had installed a filter system at our request and that's what had clogged and was preventing water flow in the home.  That filter system has a bypass, that could have been used to verify that the clogged filter was the issue, but, apparently, they were not aware of that.  We were not aware there was a bypass, either.  Our disappointment is with the lack of concern for the fact we had hardly any water flow in the home, not the level of customer service we expected.  We can understand if you don't know something, then please do your best to find out and learn.  This did not happen and unfortunately, even though we have given a good review for Hayden and Sons in the past, this particular incident, they failed.

    Tar Heel Basement Systems

In both instances named above, Will and his crew did excellent work. They inspected the situations and gave us clear and understandable explanations of what they proposed doing, what our options were, and the costs involved. Their crew did excellent work, professionally and congenially. Even today, several years after the High Country project, the space looks as if it were done yesterday. All of the improvements, including equipment, work as planned. They do a good annual inspection when requested. We recommend them without hesitation.

    Project Services Inc
Wonderful.  His response was immediate, The area was cleaned very well.  I bought a 100 year old house several years ago without knowing all the hidden plumbing problems.  George, the owner, has continued to come in and save the day with professionalism, quality work and reasonable pricing.  This case was no exception.  Renters said the toilet was not flushing so I called George.  He had it  diagnosed and remedied on the same day.  This would have been a major issue but he took care of everything.  I never even had to visit the apartment during his service.  Raw sewage had leaked out of the pump area.  They not only replaced the pump but also cleaned and sanitized.  He has performed large and small work on my apartment.  I strongly recommend them.
